Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

I’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with this Taco Bell location. Management, specifically Denise A. (Manager) and Brent R. (Area Director), demonstrates behavior that is highly concerning and unprofessional. Reports indicate that employees—many of whom are young and just beginning their careers—are regularly scheduled for shifts lasting 6, 8, or even 12+ hours without being given any breaks, which is both unethical and potentially illegal.

Worse still, the work environment appears to be hostile. Employees are reportedly afraid to voice concerns due to fear of retaliation, including reduced hours, unjust treatment, or even immediate termination. This is especially troubling given that some of these employees are minors.

As someone who appreciates the Taco Bell brand, it’s disheartening to see such disregard for the well-being of the staff—the very individuals who keep the restaurant running. Until these management issues are addressed and employees are treated with the respect and fairness they deserve, I will no longer be...

If I could give them, no stars, I would. Horrible service. They took two hours to give us our food. They were arguing with customers, because they were taking so long. It was clearly their fault. Even though we waited two hours to get our food they wouldn’t let us use the restroom. One of the workers was in the restroom for 40 minutes. Terrible food. $7 for 12 balls in cinnamon... I could have got a dozen donuts from Shirley's. The nuggets taste like grilled cat in batter. Asked for fresh nacho fries and got cold chewy fries.
