I visited this Burger King on Irvington... don't go there... we placed an order for 1 whopper 2 whopper Jrs (.one with no ketchup and no onions )1 King Fish and 3 small fries... when I get up to window they tell me I didn't order any fries.. well the 2 passengers that were with me heard what I told the person taking my order.. so I repeated the order to the young man that has no customer service skills just basically didn't care... all he said was you didn't get fries.. Well I asked him can you please add 3 small fries... he said he couldn't... I said what do mean you can't add 3 fries... so I asked for the manager.. she came to the window and basically told me she couldn't add them to the order and if I wanted I would have to get back in the line... I told her that was ridiculous...so I paid for the 3 fries... and walked back in to get my fries that shouldn't take but maybe 3-5 minutes....well I saw her take one basket.of fries out and while I still there patiently assuming I would get my 3 fries well they made me wait until the next batch was cooked and finally gave me my 3 fries....of course I was upset I will never ever visit another Burger King in this lifetime... your staff needs to go to Chick Fil a for training session with Customer service....I will tell everyone I know what a bad manager you and staff ...

At one point the manager comes to the counter & there was another Burger King manager there she said something in Spanish then they went to the back. Literally me and other customers were waiting to order. She took so long to come back a customer in front of me left. When she finally came she said she was busy. I did point out the lady could of waited & she could of helped us first. She was rude and still said we'll I was busy. This time I came through drive thru, at the window I wanted to add a cheese burger to my order. The girl at the window said I could at the cheese burger I would need to get back in line.
