Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

We dined in today at this Taco Bell. The food was good. The drinks were good but the ice maker was broken. The men’s room only had one toilet so we had to wait in line. Also, the sink had a very low flow rate. I would recommend to the owner to replace the faucet with something better. We ordered food twice, requesting only meat and cheese on our soft shell tacos. They got the orders wrong both times and we had to go back to have the food corrected. This happened to their other customers as well. Their prices have gone up as well. Lobby was mostly clean except two tables that were dirty. Overall, not bad if you are not in a hurry. I would recommend dining in rather than the drive thru. The employees decided to start charging me for a water cup when I ordered it after the third time. They always have the inside closed because of a meeting during business hours when they are supposed to have meetings before the store opens. I think the employees are low key racist because they only hire people of their race. I've never seen another race (white, black, etc.) work at that location. The portions they give are lesser than what you get at other Taco Bell locations. The drink machine in the lobby has been turned off for over a year while the Burger King right next to this location has their drink machine in the lobby turned on still.
