Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

Bad service first time going to this burger king as a mystery shopper. 1. I was not asked if I had a coupon or was I going to use considering It is my first time using the app. 2 was not given the option of good customer service and "pancho" thats what the guy in the window said his name was which couldn't prove due to no name tag on him. He could have done it once as a going above customer service but did not and automatically just said no can not be done. You had to provide the coupon in the drive thru in the speaker. I did let him know this was my first time getting food using the app and did not know you had to say u had a coupon for the item. But when I asked to remove the item from the transaction he gladly did it and just swiped his card and override the transaction. When he could have gladly made a customer satisfaction he proffered to give bad service. He did not even say have a good night or good day just shut the window after giving me the food which he forgot to give me my drink and just walked away from the window. I had to wait for my drink about 5 minutes until he noticed I was still there and he just ask what you need and I let him know he forgot my drink. I will not be coming back to this location bad service...

The 1-star reviews are on point. This location is not good at all. I just came back from here and I was chased out of the inside of the restaurant. I understand it is for the new covid, but there was no signage and the door was unlocked. After being yelled at and told to go through the drive-thru; I waited behind the only other car in the drive-thru, took about 7 minutes. Then I used my app to get the coupon code for $1 ANY SIZE HASHBROWNS, FRIES, OR ONION RINGS. I choose the onion rings(love that zesty sauce). As I was being told the total the speaker cut out, so I pulled forward knowing it was only gonna be about $1.12. I get to the window and I'm told it's $1.52; I say no, tax isn't that much on a dollar purchase. I pull up the coupon on the app and they proceeded to argue with me over it. So I said screw it and left without my onion rings or amazing sauce.

Even with all the amazing coupons in the app I will not be ordering from this...

1 star, Only because you cannot add a 0 Star, Last nite after a long shift at work I had two choices Burger King, My favorite or McDonald's I made a HUGE mistake and chose Burger King. I went through the Drive thru and Ordered a Whopper with Cheese and I drove home thinking I was going to enjoy my dinner, I opened my bag and there was a Messy, Cold Burger.. Two flat buns with double meat with bacon, I went to bed hungry and angry at least my dog's do not discrete when it comes to NASTY fast food and they ate it.. Incompetence starting when you order, the cook and ending with the person at the register. I cannot understand what's going on at this Burger King, They need to fire the whole staff, including the Managner and start fresh.. I have seen the reviews and it doesn't look good for this location.. So...
