On January 5, I had an issue at the store where the gentleman ignored my order and helped two females he was flirting with who came in after me, then told me that he did not have enough chicken to complete my order.
I called the general manager, Vicky, and she told me she would fix the issue and then offered to buy my next meal. I explained to her that the reason to complain was not to get free food but to get this issue resolved, as this is not the first issue we have had here.
On January 19, I go back in to take her up on her offer, and I order the exact meal I ordered the time before. I also ordered four apple pies, large beans, and rice and told them I would be paying for them myself.
The guy at the window argued with me. The manager came and argued with me via an English-speaking employee because she assumed that, being white, I did not speak Spanish. I do. That is important to know because, as she was telling him, she did not believe I spoke to Vicky; she thought I was a thief as well. Hearing that in Spanish, I showed them my call log and the paper with her number on it, and they refused to honor her offer. Obviously, she was not there to confirm what she said.
I got angry and left not before hearing the gentleman who thought the glass window being closed would block him saying stupid white people, always trying to get free food. The manager laughed and said, "Gringo, estúpido ladrón.".
I left with them laughing at me, called and texted the manager, Vicky, about the experience, and hopefully she calls me back because, at this point, I want both the manager and her employee to apologize to me for their actions and choice of words. I am neither a thief nor a liar. How dare someone speak to another human like that? I was beyond embarrassed.
This is not the first time we have had issues at this location. I have said it before, and I stand behind what I say. I live in an area that is 99% Hispanic, and I love it! That said, this location is staffed with the most hateful and racist employees I have ever seen in my life.
I say I will never return because I am hurt, embarrassed, and angry. I know I will, though, because I am fat and enjoy Popeyes chicken, and this is the most convenient location.

This is the second time I come thru this place to get food and the second time in a row that they forget to put my extra bisquet along with my food. Come on people! Is not that difficult, y'all killing me specially when I am so hungry and all I got in my mind is those fresh golden bisquets with honey. This is what y'all do for a living, your whole responsability is just to look at the screen, see what people ordered, grab the food and put it in the bag. I was the only car on the drive thru and the dinning room was empty, so there are no excuses for leaving a man hungry. I had to wait 20 minutes in line because someone's order was screwed up (like always) the the guy kept trying to work it out with the cashier until finally the manager had the decency to come out and speak with him. When we drove up I noticed there was only one vehicle in the drive thru and one person inside before us. As we were paying for our order a woman walked in and continued to the register beside us, the cashier walked away from us and continued to give the woman her pick up order, which I thought was rude on both of their parts and unprofessional on the cashiers part. We finally paid and sat because we were dining in. 20 minutes later and a whole lot of talking and laughter coming from the kitchen, the person I was with went up to the counter to ask for our food, they claimed the cashier hadn't sent the order to the back. We finally received our order, cold gross, greasy chicken and we were missing one mashed potato. My friend went back up to the counter and told them we were missing a mashed potato, the person at the register walked to the back and told which I'm assuming was the person in charge, they processed to look through the garage for the order ticket. My friend had our receipt in his hand's. They processed to hand him the missing item. No apology, There is definitely something wrong on all levels at this location. I blame the person in charge.
