I go to this location becux its on my way to work was happy they opened it since gulfgate gets so much traffic, this would help. i bank close by and i shop close by. But every time i go thru the drive thru a white girl (Kayla)NOW I KNOW HER NAME. always has a bad attitude. never gives receipts. today she went overboard and i called corporate. hER NAME IS kayla. she refused to give me her name and she refused to let me talk to a manager. i ordered a hot coffee. and danish. every time i ask for anything shes always out of supplies. so i asked her why r u always out of sleeves and u refuse to give me a sleeve with my hot coffee . she responded am i blaming her for starbucks not having supplies??? the way she looked at me and treated me was with disgust. i dont think anyone wants to be treated this way so early in the am with their coffee. i do want to find elsewhere to go. i dont feel comfortable HERE anymore. shes always in the drive thru. always seems cold. has no customer service. i asked for her name and the managers name and a receipt. she refused to give her name or the managers. the other employees are ALSWAYS SWEET AND nice and one young girl came to window and did let me speak with the manager alfonso. Alfonso was professional and said he did hear the conversation and was going to talk to her. I read on herE to go to segundo cofee lab and i do believe in supporting local small businesses. gona try them out. i work hard for my money as so DO WE all. as an owner of a business. i think the owner here should weed out the employees who are not helping you thrive. but enough said. i dont want to come thru here again. NOTE: She gave me a receipt and its a receipt from a starbucks in northwest freeway ( didnt catch that until i had to give info to corporate) which means she may be stealing cash flow money from this store and getting away with it not givin receipts for cash sales. Read moreI just visited the Starbucks on I-45 in Woodridge, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I had placed a mobile order for a bagel with cream cheese and a cold brew, expecting my order to be ready by 9:32 AM. While the cold brew was prepared on time, I found myself waiting far longer for the bagel.
By 9:40 AM, after seeing other customers who had just walked in receive their orders, I inquired about the status of my bagel. To my surprise, I was informed by Melissa, who had approached me after I asked for a refund, that they had run out of bagels with cream cheese. What was even more frustrating was her response when I mentioned that better communication could have prevented the situation. Instead of an apology, she replied with an attitude, suggesting that there could have been better communication on both sides.
Just eight minutes earlier, the staff member who had prepared my cold brew told me they were actively working on the bagel, which clearly wasn’t the case.
While I understand that mornings can be busy and hectic at a Starbucks, the lack of communication and the dismissive attitude from the staff made the experience far worse than it needed to be. I expect better customer service, especially when delays and mistakes occur.

Read moreI always come to this Starbucks to treat myself and my sister with a sweet treat once in a while and I decided to order the new Pumpkin Spice latte and Iced Chai Pumpkin Tea to get into the Fall season 🍂 and I’m not sure, if it’s only today that they were going to do this for the mobile order. but, I decided to order it ahead and Once I went inside the store to pick up the drinks, When I grabbed them I noticed it was lighter than it should be and So, I kindly asked the barista that there’s no ice in it and she told me that they didn’t have any ice at all for Mobile order and telling me about it. I was kind of annoyed that I paid money for these baristas to make my drink the way that I wanted and They don’t have any ice. If I wanted a drink that was hot I would make it at home. But, luckily there was ice in my home and I had to make it cold myself.
