Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Houston

For the very first time ever I received bad service at chic fila. Perhaps this location provided such rude customer service because it is apart of the mall, but the manager on duty was awful. I notified her that my fries were still wet dripping with grease and that if it was ok I would like to just exchange them for a different batch. She did not even acknowledge the request, took the bag from me and just walked away. After about 10 minutes of standing there uncertain, I figured I would just ask the shift leader if I had made my request clear, and if I was getting my fries. The manager, from a distance immediately approached him, with a nasty look and assured him that she had already helped me, and then proceeded on her way. I waited another 5 minutes, at this point figuring maybe I should just cancel the order. Just as I was about to cancel the manager grabbed a bag of fries and handed them to the worker next to her to hand to me. She could simply have handed them to me, she wasn’t doing much of anything. I am a rewards member and visit chic fila probably 3 to 4 times a week. My perception of the service truly has changed with this visit. I suppose I just never would’ve expected...

So for starters I love chick fil a as I am a signature member. I always get my guys breakfeast and lunch from there for doing a good job at work. Well today I stopped by in my work truck after placing a mobile order. Where once parked I was greeted hy manager and ast manager (I assume) where they had asked if I was bread truck and I told them no and they said ok we will speak to you when you leave. Weird huh? So I went in and seen the owner by the to go orders and he had asked my name and told me they are making it. Then the manger ladies came back into the resturant and rushed them to give me my drink and she told me she was going to walk me out ( YES I GOT ESCORTED OUT OF CHICK FIL A ) where she then told me the manger was worried I ran over his landscaping. I told them I did not and they said yes they see that now after they inspected it! And told me I could not park the work vehicle there (f650) and told me to leave out the back.

I’ve never felt so unwelcomed at a chick fil a before in my life ! The food was of course a1 top tier but the way I was dealt with was defenitley a 1 star if that

This was one of the rudest experiences I've had at a Chick-fil-A. While being the next in line, the employee Jennifer who rang me up, looked me square in the eye left the counter to do a small project then came back with "next in line". She didn't even say hi when I approached, just stared at me. When I asked for sauce after she asked anything else, she got an attitude, I guess I interrupted her script. She didn't give .e a receipt nor asked if I wanted one. The manager "saved the day" when he delivered my food and asked How I was doing. I get back to my store to discover my sandwich was well over cooked and the bottom bun was burnt. The ball was dropped all around at this location. Thankfully I usually bring lunch so I won't be missing out by not...
