Fossil Store — Local services in Houston

Absolutely love Fossil, but the staff here is what makes the experience great! On Friday (3/4/17), my wife and I decided to drop by because the watch she recently purchased for me was malfunctioning. They handled the matter with haste! Love that.

However they particularly shined when my wife wanted to purchase a beautiful purse they carry. Unfortunately their CC machine was down, but we wanted to get it. They guided us to two ATM machines (which both were down) - and so the lady behind the counter decided to give their machine another go. After many trials and methods, she succeeded. She went above and beyond! And all while they were working on closing down. They stopped everything to help us out and I am very thankful for that.

I feel disappointed with my experience at Fossil, first time I went and I was trying to get a Smartwatch Gen 4 and Gina started helping me out, once she saw I was gonna come back with my wife (cause I told her) she lost interest on everything and started ignoring me, I’m a sales person and I don’t ignore people just cause they are not gonna buy. So by the end I bought a new wallet and boom I left, next thing I come back in the afternoon to exchange the wallet for something better and I’m greet her and tell her: hey! You remember me? And I’m a very rude tone she said: I see a lot of people everyday, I don’t remember. My wife ask her a question which she ignore or she wasn’t paying attention. Also to add the metal case she gave me was damaged and scratched. I left sad and disappointed with the customer service experience. I’m not buying an Smartwatch...
