Sarku Japan — Restaurant in Houston

Today July 11th, 2025 my order was for 2pm arrive to my office. I order for the first time in this store with DoorDash and I asked for chicken teriyaki with noodles and extra chicken. But when I brought home the plate to serve my son and I have one piece of chicken it was ok but a lot of burnt chicken so I saw something looks like a onion and I look deeper and it looks round with imprint on the label shape. Definitely is a label from something that came from the restaurant. One thing that I got so mad is that was for my son and I can’t imagine if my son swallowed this label and not knowing. DD doesn’t understand how poor the whole Houston here the restaurant so careless and honestly we have to cooked our own foods to be clean and no issues. But sometimes we just want to try new foods. But definitely I’m not gonna order any foods from this restaurant ever. After a long day of shopping, my daughter and I went to the food court to grab a bite to eat. We love Asian cuisine so we contemplated on which place to eat. We spent years in Japan so we decided on Sarku Japan. I was checking out the menu to see what we would order. The guy at the register on 8/15/2022 @ around 6:30 pm ask could he help us & I said we were still trying to decide on what we wanted. I then asked if he could give a taste sample of a dish. He said we don’t have to because our food is good. I said I just wanted to see if I could taste test a certain dish before I purchase. He said we could go somewhere else to purchase food. The chicken bento box was the worst bento box I’ve ever had. It was worse than any mall food I’ve ever had. Literally the dumplings were just dumped in the ginger strands and juice (not ginger dressing). The “salad” was chopped cabbage, carrots and broccoli from the grill.
