Well, went from 5 to 1 star. The customer service here is terrible. My phone was not charging, seems like the port stopped working properly. After seating for 3 hours (not including waiting time) the guy said the phone needed to be repaired, but did not have the part that they will call me in 3-5 business days. I went back after they call me (3 days later) and told me the repair would be done by 12:15. I arrived at 12:45 to the store and the phone wasn’t ready. So I waited another 30 min and at that point I told the guy that this was terrible customer service after charging hundreds of dollars for a phone + full apple care service and his response was “all these people in the store have apple care, you don’t have priority over anyone”. I couldn’t believe his response. I had spent more than 6 hours trying to get my phone repaired so it’s not like I was not being patient. So I told them to return the phone that I was leaving. So they brought the phone, I asked them if it was ready and the lady didn’t want to explain what was done to the phone but told me I had to go to ATT to get the phone service again. So I headed to ATT for another 30 min to get that done. More than 7 hours and 4 days to repair my phone and as soon as I open the camera to take a picture a yellow spot in the screen started happening. It is unbelievable how entitled apple feels to treat people however they want after customers spend hundreds of dollars in their equipment.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE. I COMPLETELY believe that these people are giving out faulty machines. My dad just got a new phone for $1300. He traded in a phone for $400. He essentially paid $900 for a new phone. WELL, they gave us a broken phone. And now expect us to cough up the $400 that we originally got from the trade in as an additional trade in - so essentially they got the $400 from us when we traded it in and now want us to give us another $400. I tried to explain to the difficult staff members that if I get a shirt for $500 and pay $200 in gift card. When I return the shirt I GET THE $200 giftcard balance too. Anyways I think they’re doing this to increase the amount of sales. They are either incredibly evil, or incredibly dense and slow. You would be better off going someplace else. When I show them Apple support clearly giving me the answer, they said that’s not what happens here. ALSO to Joe - you are absolutely an ignorant person for being a condescending and terrible person, and I hope you get the life you deserve lol. I agree with the other reviews that the people here do treat you worse if you have an accent. He treated my dad poorly and I’m sure it must be for his accent.

Slowwwwwwww! Walk in appointment the day before my actual appointment due to a change in travel plans. Was told it was a 3-3:15hr wait for them to even take the iPhone in for a battery replacement. Memorized every store at the mall in 3 hrs. Finally got a text and was told its a 2-2:15hr wait time for repairs to be completed. 2:30hrs later I had my phone. A 5:30hr day at the mall for what literally takes 5 mins to replace. My recommendations is actually stick to your appointment or find another store. I kept asking and they kept saying they had more difficult time consuming repairs before me. They should also have a team assigned just for simple jobs like this to get simple fixes like mine in and out QUICK! My fault for doing a walk in appointment due to necessities but I could of been in and out quicker than 5:30hrs. Phone works great so far

Very slow service... they need more training.! At first they have to sell the Barclay Credit Card for you to get points . I got the bait. no problem! Get approved. And bought a Macpro, the sales person is great but not that great. She is just good in suggestive selling . Its not her fault though .. it is the store Managers fault because he is not very aware of what is going on inside his store. So I used my Barclay card to get the points and all. Then the card was not working but its approved. They told me to call Barclay customer service and i replied NO i wont call , but you call them. They called Barclay and walla! Barclay says “ THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN their SIDE THE CARD IS GOOD TO GO “ Also ,Before i went to Apple Store i already called Barclay and they said is GOOD to GO u can go shop now. I have learned that it was not only me who got a problem with Barclay visa card on that day. Moving on... the sales associate order my laptop online. Instead of paying in the store ( i am already inside the apple store and she have to order it online , lol! I don’t get it....the macpro is already right in front of me as well as all the accessories ) then they put the items back to the back office. And the sales girl told me that the Barclay Card went through online ordering but NOT in their micros system or whatever software they are using to swipe the CC. Then the sales girl told me to wait 20 minutes. The heck ! I been waiting since 2:30PM and was already 5:30pm my macpro is not ready for pick up ! And the reason is systematic! That was the other sales associates told me about it.” They cant do nothing even the items are ready because they have to wait for the go signal from their gadgets they are holding in their hands” its like a communication gadget. So for me they are all a robots working in a systematic way. Online order should be easy and quick! But i waited so much of time. Its not my fault that their payment or billing communication with Barclay is poor! Why i am the one paying with their ugly customer service by waiting almost 4 hours inside their store. And the service recovery of that rude manager is this ...“ just cancel the order” i am spending $1,400+ and your services is very poor! sales associates like looking at you like your a dumb and ignorant! And they are the genius and geeks and the nerds. the only thing that i see that is very helpful is the Filipino guy at the back and the black guy who entertained me and keeping me relax because i am sooo stress by the waiting game! by giving me helpful infos about the new macpro. It they are not very patient with customers why they are working in a sales? They are not even very patient explaining all the specs to a new macpro user. They look at you like a big dumb...

Employee denied my screen repair because he claimed phone was not charging. I went to car and it was charging. I waited 30 minutes there to charge few percents. Then, I went back in only to find out they would not repair it for my schedule appointment even though their worker denied my repair for the reason which did not hold true. They told me to wait 3 hours as an unscheduled appointment customer or set up a new appointment for future date. Besides this, when I said I had an appointment and do not want to wait, she comes up with another excuse about my battery being 7%, and they need 50% at least to re-calibrate the device after repair. She thought I set up my appointment online and missed the reading about battery charge. Guess what, I set it up in the same store the other day because I did not want to wait, and the employee told me nothing like that. Lets move on, I asked one of their employees for the employee name who denied my repair because they do not carry name tags or greet you with their name. They like to be anonymous. He said he did not know who it was., so I told him it was an African American employee as he was the only African American coming out from the back to their repair desk. This employee gets offended because he is also an African American. Is this a baby-sitting place where kids cry and go back to their room and call their parents (managers in this case)? I was just clarifying who it was because I did not know the repair employee's name. Well, managers come to me and tells me that I used derogatory statement with their employee, so they cannot help me. They listened to his side of story and did not listen mine. First, managers did not want to help me, but then they find a reason to get rid of me from their store. Bunch of unknowledgeable employees and...

I went into the store today with a credit for a FREE repair of an Ipad. Don’t ask me how I got it because I don’t know….anyways the repair was initially set up over the phone where I was to mail in the Ipad ,but the box took so long to come I just set up a repair for this location instead…MY MISTAKE .

When I got there the initial Apple rep bless his heart had no idea Apple did free repairs.

When he referred me to “Chewy” this rep essentially told me that he saw a code in the system from 07/30 or 31st in regards to a repair” but that I would have to contact Apple support because it’s for them to honor and they wouldn’t be able to honor it in store since it was originally a mail in repair????????. I expressed frustration of ME (the customer) INSIDE an APPLE LOCATION HAVING TO CONTACT APPLE ???????I felt that is something they should’ve done but noooooo I called Apple and the issue as the ADVISOR ON THE PHONE EXPLAINED was : the code isn’t working in the store that was generated in July but a new one cannot be generated until this code expired in 30 days which would be on the 28th of August so the Apple advisor “Ashley” waited on the line to see if the store rep continued to refresh if the code would be there for them to continue with repairs. .

After a couple of tries ……

My Apple advisor “Ashley” reached out to customer relations and customer relations told the instore Rep “Chewy” and the lead (a young spanish woman with lip fillers) that if the code was not working that they could just go ahead and waive the fees instead and do you know these people said they would not do that ??? I was left with a cracked Ipad and wasted almost 2 hrs of my life for nothing. Customer relations was even shocked that they refused to assist me further .

and i’m posting this everywhere “CHUBBY...
