Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Houston

My experience was very disappointing and I did not receive the typical customer service experience highly marketed by the brand.

I visited Chick-fil-A today between 2pm and 2:20pm, enticed by the sign out front for Tortilla soup, only to find it was unavailable. The staff was inattentive, resulting in me having to repeat my order to the first person who took my order and to staff delivering my order Although I was the only customer ordering at the time, other vehicles received their orders before I did. My order was initially incorrect and had someone else's information attached. The manager was unengaging and dismissive when I reported the service issues. The food quality was compromised (hot but dry sandwich), and the order was incomplete (missing buffalo sauce, ketchup, and napkins). There was no follow-up or offer of resolution from the manager after I communicated my dissatisfaction. I did not realize the missing condiments until after leaving the premises, so there was no opportunity to address this with the staff...

Horrible location! Avoid at all cost!! The staff are rude and even worse the managers are even more rude!! I stopped in and ordered my food. First off they forgot my sandwich and fries so I had to park and go in and ask for it. Then they questioned me as if I was lying and trying to get more food. So I had to go and get the food out of my car and go back and prove I didn't receive all my food. The manager then continued to argue with me that I was hiding the food in my car cause "She personally bagged it herself" but yet didn't even give it to me. She found the food in the counter and didn't even Apologize!! There's always issues at this location and they can't seem to get it right or even care. Guess I'ma have to drive further out just to avoid this location. Ended up getting home and everything was cold and the fries were salty and just overall a...

Wow! This location is by far the best one I been to in a while. From the food to the service to the place itself. The two ladies working the floor greeting customers and delivering orders go above and beyond and NOT in an obnoxious way like some restaurants do. Just left there, it’s a rainy day and all these workers kept coming in with muddy and wet/boots, well as soon as they would leave the two ladies would clean it right up along with the tables, this location is spotless including the restrooms! My order was made right, delicious and came out in only a couple of minutes. Even as I got up to throw away my tray/trash, one of the ladies told me “it’s okay sir I got it” I mean cmon man 👍🏼. Hope all shifts run this way at this location. If not then props to the morning/noon shift working...
