Service: 4 Food: 1 Cleanliness: 1

Wish I checked the reviews first. $15 for False advertising and low quality food, should’ve went to Panda Express

The “fresh pretzel” is just pre made pretzel that is warmed up. The taste and texture is like cardboard. Even after getting extra cinnamon sugar dip, it did not improve. I ended up having only 1 bite Thai chicken - 2 scoops of warm brown rice (which is the only good thing about this order), 2 small scoops of pre-made, flavorless boiled chicken from a bucket, 1 scoop each of carrots, lettuce and cucumber. A generous smothering of Thai sauce to cover the lack of quality toppings. Let’s just say, I was very hungry so I ate half of this bowl, otherwise it would end up...

This is the location in terminal C. I was looking for something healthy and filling to eat on the plane after a crazy splurge eating weekend. I ordered the peanut butter acai bowl. There were 2 individuals manning the counter. The first Lady who took my order seemed nice while the other who was preparing my order was short and seemed bothered. Nonetheless as I could go on, I received my bowl and from the time it took me to walk from the restaurant to the gate,

The cashier/order taker was very unfriendly. He had a scoul on his face, never smiled and looked at you very ugly if anyone asked a question. My goodness!! It was as though the customers were bothering him He did not represent this business well at all. I paid $12 for my smoothy, so I certainly would expect better service. Customers kept coming to ask what the orders were on the counter and each time he spoke rudely to them. The other 2 workers preparing the food rarely look up. They just put the food out and in a very soft voice, call out the food item and go right back to work. No one can hear anything. Great smoothie, by the way. So sad that the customers may not return after...

I show the one with the spoon to show that even when in dug into the bottom it was only small amounts of solid product. I dug out the fruit and tossed the rest. Complete waste of money and time.

Pricy but so is everything else in IAH. Boasts most of the very few vegan options in the airport. The “meatless Mexican” here is not vegan due to the use of eggs. Disappointing but the cashier was kind and informative! Following a plant based diet for 10+ years you get used to that kind of disappointment haha Most, if not all, the açaí bowls and smoothies are vegan. I got the “pure “ açaí bowl as recommended by the cashier. It is honestly one of the best açaí bowls I’ve ever had in the states! I’m a bit sad this is the only Houston location! Portion is just a bit smaller than any other açaí bowl place, but their packaging makes it feel a lot smaller.

Upper management taking up entire table during lunch hour. No tables to be found and he is taking up 4 chairs. He then goes behind the counter to the back room for at least 30 minutes. Now he has finally come back out to perform evaluations on employees. I’ve got one for you. You sir need to think about the customers you serve. Have a table in the back to conduct your evals. Not out in the open where you take up much needed space from the public. Your actions speak volumes.
