The Market — Restaurant in Houston

I have been traveling continuously on a weekly basis for over 25 yrs. I have traveled all over the USA, Europe, Middle East & Asia. I often have to eat at airports & i certainly do not expect a fine dining experience. I have been traveling from Bush Intercontinental Airport now for 3 yrs and my very favorite place to go & grab healthy fresh food is The Market By Villa. I eat dairy free & gluten free & i love the salads, fruit, fresh juice & plenty other options there. I read a lot of these reviews & I was shocked. I have often observed the employees interaction with the customers & I have yet to see anyone being rude or giving bad service. I have seen many customers with bad attitudes. I have always received the very best service there specially by Julissa, Maria & Estner. I often recommend you to others & in many occasions when I am eating & others see the food they ask where I got it because it looks very good, fresh & healthy along with ‘Healthy’ portions. I have never been over charged. Please acknowledge your employees for such wonderful service but specially the wonderful ones I mentioned by name...

I've traveled the world and been to many poor countries where there is often no posted price and haggling is the order of the day. This is the USA, however and that is not how we usually do things. If I find a store without marked prices I will assume they are overpriced and move on. Reading the other Google reviews it looks like that was a proper assumption for the Market. I was seriously craving a pizza slice and theirs looked delicious, but i refuse buy one price unknown or to ask the worker how much one costs. That would just be enabling their shady business practice. If you want pizza head down to Pink's Pizza in Terminal C. A slice of double cheese will cost you 4.59. Says so right...

You guys this place is amazing! I kept walking by this restaurant thinking I bet there food is good and decided to try it out and it was the best decision I made all day! I ordered their curry chicken and the spices on this dish tasted so rich and authentic it was the perfect amount of spice and heat! Also! The people who work there are so hospitable and sweet they made me look up their other restaurants just because of their service today! If your looking for a quick bite that is quality and clearly made with expertise and love…check this place out! You won’t be disappointed! Trust me I went back...
