First Glass Bistro — Restaurant in Houston

First time customer everything was well until I found a piece of hair in my salad. I knew it wasn’t mine because I currently have my hair in long twists pulled into a ponytail(found small black curly hair) . I then received a new salad no problem with one ranch and it comes with two, so I asked for another one and they girl act like it was a problem bad customer service .!!! And she saw me standing at the register as if she wasn’t going to acknowledge me . I don’t even write reviews but this just blew me when I have done nothing nasty or said anything out the way when any other person would have .!! It was the tone of her voice what set me off don’t work in the industry if you don’t know how to act...

I recently visited First Glass Bistro and Bar before my flight home, and it was such a great experience! The atmosphere was perfect for a quick meal, and the food was fantastic. Every bite was delicious and just what I needed before heading to the Gate. Gabby was amazing! She provided exceptional service, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Her recommendations were spot on, and her friendly demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable. If you find yourself at the airport, definitely make a stop at First Glass...
