I would give 0 stars. Let me start off with I love Wich which. It's one of my favorite places. So I walked across the entire airport to get my over priced sandwich. Then they mess up my sandwich I had asked for a black bean and avocado with hot pepper mix and all the other veggies. After I got my sandwich I walk across the airport again. I started eating it and it just was a basic sandwich. I thought to myself let me just deal with it and eat it. But it wasn't that good because i didn't have the ingredients I wanted. Remind you this is almost a 20$ sandwich. Halfway through I decided let me walk across the entire airport again and get this sorted out so I can enjoy my food. Then the guy doesn't take responsibility for his own mistake and makes me half a sandwich instead of the entire sandwich over again. It's the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. You need to fix your mistakes regardless of if someone has already eaten half of the food especially when he has to walk 20 mins to come back!
Worst of all this has wrecked your brand image of being a higher class gourmet sandwich place that cares for...
Read moreMy wife and I stopped at the Which Wich for a quick lunch on the way to catch our flight home on Sunday, October 28. This was our first time eating at a Which Wich. The food was good but nothing to rave about. The real problem was the staff / service. We were treated rudely by the staff there and will never go back. Having never ate there before, we didn't realize we needed to fill out the proper brown bag order form. We stepped up to the ordering station without the order for properly filed out and you'd think we'd violated some TSA rule with the way the person at the register spoke down to us. After receiving our order, I asked the person who handed it to me for a cup of water. I was told "I can't help you, you'll have to get in line at the register". With all the stress and anxiety of travel, the last thing we needed was a bunch of attitude from the workers at the sandwich shop. I recommend getting one of those pre-made sandwiches two booths down. No...
Read moreTerrible experience at this location, bad even for an airport. R.D. argued with me when I suggested she attempt to be courteous — after she had been rude to me — perhaps use please and thank you, only to be told that “I got served”, and that’s all that matters. Rudeness certainly matters to me. Since I was unable to readily locate any management contact information, I’m posting this as a public review. Perhaps someone could learn a lesson through this message.
A very nice coda to this experience: A manager (I believe) walked out, who had not previously identified herself, introduced herself and apologized. She indicated she had heard the encounter, believed that what I experienced was unacceptable, and wanted to apologize directly to me. That was a very kind, professional, and cordial interaction, and I applaud this employee for approaching me and taking action. I added a couple of stars after the fact because of...
