Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Houston

Kind of tired of having our drive through orders screwed up. I think Chick f A has a great model for efficiency and customer service. My teen daughter spends weeks at a time in the hospital and has for the past 13 years. There are few things to look forward to while she's here ( we're in the hospital now), and the food gets really old after a week or two here. On the occasions that we've had friends or family go through the drive through and then bring her her favorite food, nuggets and waffle fries, it seems like something is always left out or plain not good. Tonight, they put one ketchup in the bag for two meals with two large waffle fries. I get it that they're going to be soggy upon arrival, but ketchup can often mask that. Caregiver for my sister at the hospital and came down at 4:45 (it wasn't busy at all) to grab some food. I've never really been about the hype of this place but it was even more disappointing as they don't cook the food fresh. I ordered the nuggets and fries. Nuggets were sitting in the window already. Not great. I don't mind waiting for the food I'm paying for to be cooked, rather than receiving...

Can’t complain about this chain when it comes to their sandwiches. They are always on point with fresh food.

What I will say is that this is the first time I’ve had mealy, crumbly fries. These had no crisp exterior like I’m used to. This fell apart as if they were either too old or not cooked long enough.

Expect a decent wait during lunch rush...
