I would not recommend going to this FedEx if you are a disabled veteran or a person who has a problem using devices emails and certain things on your phone don’t come here looking for assistance because they are more interested in playing with each other and laughing I believe because of my appearance, and me, being young and black, and in shape, I think that it was less necessary to receive help and more necessary to receive sarcasm and rudeness And someone pointing at a sign, who is obviously training, but I believe the others here need to be trained as well. Maybe I should’ve came in here in a wheelchair and I would’ve got more help. Maybe if I would’ve came in here looking like I was 80 years old I would’ve got more help, but I finally was able to take care of this printing job after maybe 20 minutes For something that I could’ve been assisted within five minutes thank you for helping a veteran take care of some study tools, which, for some is a easy task, but for me can be very stressful, but in my true honest opinion a sign a box and a desk could’ve done you woman’s jobs I’m ashamed to say all of you look like me and unprofessional for there to be 4 people working here today I shouldn’t of had...

I was googling the closest fedex store to get to ship off my wifi at&t modem and this place came up in my search but the rating/review of looking at it was terrible experience but didn't know why but now I do. first off I came in at around 4pm earlier and arrived there. I waited in the second line to be assisted by one of the workers. then all of a sudden the lady working there told this other lady to come there which that's the line that we were in waiting in so pretty much the lady working there told the other lady to skip us professionally because we're in that line already but she was in the first line. so I was waiting for a good amount of time and got really fustrated at that point. so then my mother suggested we go to the first line since the other woman was being assisted. so then after waiting for a while the woman in the first desk asks me if I'm shipping something off I said yes then she tells me to go to the second line which I was waiting to be assisted before being skipped. that was extremely rude and not acceptable. that woman in the second line desk had no right to do that. 2 stars for...

Every time I take a box here to ship there is something wrong with the box. Today I took a box FEDEX brought me Friday, to reship to a waiting customer. They complained the box was no good and couldn't be used. I didn't see anything wrong with the box. They expect every box you ship to be new and perfect in every way.

They are complete morons working in here. I've dealt with them before. They go to great lengths to not copy something because of copy right supposed restrictions, or print posters of live events without a written letter from every sponsor who's sign can be seen at the event. Don't you suppose a person had a sign at the event so their logo name would be spread far and wide? Duh. A person ends up going someplace else and getting the work done so why bother going here in the first place.

I take the boxes they refuse to the regular fedex on bw8 and they have no problems with anything.
