Every time I visit Chick-fil-A, I’m reminded why it’s one of my favorite places to eat. From the moment you walk in or pull up to the drive-thru, the service is top-notch. The staff are always smiling, polite, and incredibly efficient — they truly go above and beyond to make sure every customer feels appreciated. It’s rare these days to see such consistently great customer service, but Chick-fil-A sets the standard.
The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The chicken sandwiches are perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The waffle fries are golden and perfectly seasoned, and the dipping sauces (especially the Chick-fil-A Sauce!) are a must-have. I also love their nuggets, salads, and grilled options — everything tastes like it was made with care.
One thing I really appreciate is how clean and well-run every Chick-fil-A location is. The dining area is spotless, the restrooms are well-maintained, and the staff are constantly checking to make sure everything looks great. Even during busy hours, the line moves quickly, and orders are always accurate. The team runs things so smoothly that you can tell they take pride in their work.
I also love their attention to community and kindness. The employees are respectful, professional, and genuinely kind — they always say “my pleasure” and mean it. It’s clear that the company values hospitality and treats people with care.
Whether I’m stopping by for a quick lunch, grabbing dinner for the family, or picking up breakfast on the go, Chick-fil-A never fails to deliver quality and consistency. You can count on great food, friendly service, and a positive...
Read moreAfter being a long term costumer I used to like this location ever since it opened one of my favorite hostess was a smaller girl who got everything on point unfortunately I was told she no longer works there that was drive thru I recently started eating inside and it’s a clean place but attitudes and the older lady that works dine in is rude FIRST OFF PERSONAL SPACE speaks to me rudely and cuts me off every sentence I believe she was just having a bad day I come in again to eat in the same establishment early in the morning again I was stuck by a rude encounter but this time she says my name acting if she knew me I understand that she is trying to be friendly but being ghetto and trying to be “funny” is not professional at all if you are trying to get to know me as a costumer great but I AM NOT A TOY I will not be screamed at from the other side of the restaurant for anything I will no longer be visiting this location because of the rude encounter I’ve had I feel very uncomfortable I had a cousin who eats here weekly inside after work he told me he was IN HIS FACE SCREAMING she was also confronted by one of the working managers but continued to scream this is a very unprofessional location mainly because they don’t know how to keep a employee in check you are here to serve the guest and do your job there should be no screaming that is embarrassing especially at a woman her age screaming at a young manager to “STAY OUT OF IT” simply because my cousin was unsure of what he wanted TERRIBLE...
Read moreFor the first time ever, I did not see myself giving a Chick-fil-A a one star rating. After tonight’s issue, I hope who ever is in charge of this Chick-fil-A takes action of the customer service they gave me today. I drove into the drive thru around 9:15pm feeling extremely sick. Every time I get severe allergies, I feel like a lemonade could help me out with my allergies. Well today was not the case the two attendants in the drive thru a female and a male both Hispanics, were just talking when I arrived. I rolled down my window and I asked if I could order they both walked away and I drove up. Told the young man that he could of acknowledged me on moving up instead of leaving me hanging. Eventually he said nothing but “ok”. Took my order and my card declined, I told him I had cash and he said “the lady down there has cash” wait for her. Well I was in that drive thru for about five minutes waiting for her. Note!! there was no one behind me. So I drove up and I asked a girl with red colored hair who the manager was? She said she was in charge, I told her what happened and she just said “okay that’s fine”, with such a nasty attitude. Chick-fil-A is known for “great customer service” but I’m guessing the employees working here did not go through a training process. I get it, it’s almost closing time we’re all tired. In conclusion that’s no way to treat a customer. Therefore this Chick-fil-A...
