Boy do i have a story to tell its 5 twenty am. I am up late nights doordashing at this time decided let me grab something quick on my way home. Wanted fries with gravy but got the whole tender meal cause it comes with gravy. No cars in front no cars in back. Place ordee man at window look angry asked him how he was doing. Ok boom got my food lives three minutes away fries are super hard cold and cold no gravy. Ok call store talked to the man came back to store still being nice to him not mad i had to come back he says so the fries are cold yes and old here you go he did not accept bag. Ok still in car being nice waiting for food. He gives Me food through the window with no bag. Still not tripping because I have the bag from earlingerie. So before I pull off, I decide to look in the box to see if the gravy was in there that I have previously asked for still no gravy. Okay. So now this is my third time going to the window. I have money in my hand I say look, I do not mind paying for the gravy. He tells me the gravy is old. I said sir.Just give me some gravy, I'll wait for it.I've been sitting out here for a proximately twenty minutes And my food is absolutely cold again. At this point I don't want to have anything to do with this establishment. I'm not even hungry. No more. I should have just went to Jack in the box. This was by far the worst experience I've ever encountered. I don't even want a refund and I don't ever want to go back to that window. I'll just charge it as a loss. You have horrible customer service, young man. If you hate your job maybe you shouldn't work there. If someone p* you off, maybe you should take some time off. We, the customers did not do it to you. Read moreI ordered it online order today and I called because I pacifically put grilled onions and I did not receive grilled onions. I received a regular Whataburger when I ordered a grilled onion Whataburger bacon Whataburger. Which my order wasn’t even typed up correctly the receipt looks horrible. I called. Spoke to an Asian manager was very rude and told me my order couldn’t be all wrong. My Cinnabon was thrown in a box upside down fries were cold. I asked for mayonnaise to be added on my burger, it wasn’t. I ordered a bacon. Whataburger did not receive that. I decided to call. They were so rude to me. The manager hung up in my face. Also had an employee answer. The phone wouldn’t give their names did not handle anything in a professional way before I could even tell them what was wrong with my order he yelled at me and said your order can’t be all wrong instead of listening. It’s not right and he does not need to have a job in that profession any longer customer service is a big part of what he needs to learn is not your business and even if it was your business, you don’t talk to people that way you find the problem you de-escalate the problem and you try to help but instead he talk to me , like I was ordering food there and I don’t appreciate that I will be contacting Corprate about this. Read moreWhataburger is usually good but this particular location is subpar. I just ordered 2 justaburgers and 2 jalapeño burgers and it took forever to get the order. Also they did not respect the line order. They just kept on giving the order to the cars that came after me. Through all this I did not complain. Finally, I got my order and went home. When I got home, I found that my order was not completed so I went back to get my order filled properly and I decided to talk to the manager about what happened. I told him everything and he thought that I came to get some stuff for free and I explained that I don’t want anything for free. I explained that first I would like for them to respect the line the drive through because it is not fair to be in the front of the line while they fill orders in for the back of the line. Second, I want them to make sure that they fill in the order properly so customers don’t have to drive back to get their orders filled properly. However, the manager was unsympathetic and seems to be annoyed. I told him that this turns customers away but he didn’t seem to care. I also told him that the owner of this particular business might care but again he just seem bothered. I have resorted to post this review.
