I go to this place with my kids and husband a lot. I had always been well served and i got what i paid for. But my last 2 visits has been horrible! I asked a lady for a bowl and she started my order just right until the next rude lady came up and toke over my order. She did not let me to tell her how i wanted my bowl and she just throw my chicken like trash in the bowl. I asker why she was rushing and she just ask : What else??? I said this is the first time i get this service here, you barely have people in line and you're rushing my order! She reply again, what else?? I ask for guacamole and she dumped a half of spoon not even full side for what i pay 3 bucks. She said, its a full spoon. I told her that was half and i leave it there. When i go to pay the cashier asked Thats it right?? Insteaf of asking, how are you, anything else for you today? Nothing !!! So i told him that i needed a bottle of drink and he said again "thats it?? I asked what is going on here today??? Why is it that you guys are having a bad attitude? ?? Isnt the manager here? ?? To put the cherry on top of the cake the rude lady who finished my order came up and said: Im the manager, you need to talk to me?? Wow!! I said, you need to improve your service, you need to understand that i come here to buy bec i have money, I don't beg for free food. If you are the manager there's a lot you need to improve and work on! She ignored me and say: Have a good one ma'am! I said I'm and i was before i came here! That was Saturday May 19th. On monday following week i went back and she saw me and went straight to say things about me to the coworker that was making tomatoes or cutting something that i dont remember exactly, and he replied to her: i was off that day and looking at me said again, i wasn't here. But stil she continues to talk about me. So i didn't say anything bec i had enough and i thought i will call the complaints office but surprisingly they don't give up that number only a website to place a review. So if you owner or general manager read this, train your store managers how to shut up and respect your customers, don't just hire someone and leave it there bec clearly that lady doesn't have a clue of what its like to deal with customers. I've been a manager for several years, and i knew when to apologize and teach my crew to do the same thing, bec if we don't get customers we cut hours, and if we cut hours employees won't get a check, after all, customers are the ones who paid your bills!!. Every time I go there i spend at least 40 bucks but for sure i will not go back there . As much as i love the food, i will not! I hate to be treated like worthless person when I'm paying with my own money. You don't do that to any one! No one...
Read moreI am an avid customer at this establishment despite the rumors about ecoli I have never had an issue to my knowledge where I got sick from eating here, but my biggest complaint is that they give customers too much rice, and not enough meat, two scoops of meat is extra when I don’t understand why because they don’t give enough altogether. All chipotle restaurants are quick to give you a ton of rice and as a customer with diabetes & high blood pressure present in my family history I do not appreciate the management or those over the management not taking things like these into account. 1 scoop of rice is fine, spread it out please but do not charge customers for the helping of meat that they deserve. I have noticed Latina women give the men of their own race more meat but choose to give other men of different races less. I’d prefer if men served the meat and women served the rice if this is the case. Men know how much they need for themselves women seem to be biased about who they like and don’t like and I’d prefer they worked in the back as cooks and the men serve on the food line, this is asking a lot but I have ate here too many times in the past to let this go unnoticed I also notice when orders are called in the food quality is poor for example I’d like to see bright colored guacamole instead of the darker colored guacamole that appears to either be decaying from avocados have a very short shelf life in general. If this continues I will take my business elsewhere because I believe this is a major contribution to customers either not liking chipotle or getting sick because of the guacamole opposed to the lettuce, but seeing as the lettuce and guacamole are near each other on the line I am not surprised if people do get sick seeing as I never order their lettuce. I tried one time when had an order called in and it ruined my impression of the restaurant, in my opinion the foods quality was no better than taco cabana which is cheaper but still poor in quality. While I can’t eat at papasitos or gringos very often, they are the only quality Tex-Mex restaurants in the state of Texas that I can think of off the top of my head. Fast food chains like these need to be revamped and exposed for their practices. Even though Chipotle’s kitchen is easy to see I have not gotten sick or anything from places like whataburger despite their kitchen, dining room area, and lavatory areas being below the standard of what I consider is clean & professional. Dirt never hurt anyone but this is ridiculous. I have to leave the inner city area to insure that what I’m eating is safe for...
Read moreThe 7457 Southwest Fwy Ste 300 location is one of three Chipotles I visit regularly, and it is easily the worst and messiest location I've ever been to. The worst part is that they make no attempt to clean the prep surface, instead just dragging your food through the cheese, sour cream, and salsa they let pile up from prior orders. I very politely asked them to wipe the counter before dragging my food through the mess once, and they were offended and angry about it.
In my last ~20 visits, the hand sanitizer by the door has been empty all 20 times. This location is also painfully slow compared to other locations, especially with preparing online orders which grind service of in-store customers to a complete halt, even when it isn't that busy.
It is just abundantly obvious from the manager on down the line that no one at this location cares, at all. Despite how convenient this location is for me, I've finally decided I won't be back. If I want Chipotle, I'd rather drive an extra 5-10 minutes and go to another one. Think about it, if this is what they allow the customers to see, how are they caring the for food I'm buying when I can't see...?
Management must realize they have a problem, hence why they are paying food 'influencers' to leave glowing 5 star reviews about how 'clean & friendly' this location is. It might seem to them like a free burrito for good PR is the answer, but one visit to this place, especially on the weekend, will show that is a total lie.
This photo is far, far from the worst it's been, I just finally got fed up enough to...
