Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Houston

My wife and I came today to have lunch and it was our 1st time at this location and I must say we loved it. 1st of all it small and cozy and very clean. 2nd of all the customer service that we received was out of this world. There was a Hispanic girl and an American girl at the line and their customer skills where outstanding. Very polite and respectful and serving with a smile. There was another Hispanic girl at the register and she was also very polite and had great customer skills. The setup of the food was great everything looked good and everything was visible to the eye. Rapid service... unbelievable!!! The servings of our food was great and the taste was amazing. For all these reasons I give this location 5 stars but mainly because of the great service. I recommend this Chipotle to everyone its great its clean inside and out lots of parking and very fast service along with great delicious food. Thank you Chipotle for the great service your hard work and dedication has been noticed...and tgis goes to...

Imagine you order a pick up order, with four drinks on it because you were trying to get in and out of a restaurant and get home to your family. And you go in and you pick up your bags and you leave only to find out that they put four empty cups in your bag instead of filling the drinks with what you ordered, on top of that they didn’t alert us that there were empty cups in the bag and not drinks. Thankfully, we checked before because it seemed odd that there was no drink carrier, but not everybody might be so wise, as they shouldn’t have to be because they ordered online so that they could pick up and go. We placed specific drink orders online and for whatever reason it prints as just Four sodas, all of which we paid for, and could’ve driven off and not gotten. I don’t really fault the employees because all it says is four small sodas instead of the drink orders that we placed online, but regardless, they also should have let us know that there were empty cups in the bag and...

I miss the old manager, I don't know what's going on with this place but the bowl I buy usually cost about $20 which is basically restaurant prices because you can go to a Mexican restaurant and get an entire spread for that price, so tell me how come I walk into this place and get a bowl that's half empty and a small chips and queso and it cost me 20 bucks.

Other employees have actually made it worth your while to come here because they actually FILL THE BOWL UP. I don't mind spending money on good food, but with the cost of everything I just can't justify spending $20 on a half-filled bowl that's 95% rice. She made sure she only put a half a tablespoon of cheese and a little half scoop of meat. If I'm going to spend 20 bucks I'm going to make sure I get my money's worth so I guess I'll be going elsewhere from...
