My husband & I stopped by to get our reg drinks. I have a pacemaker so I hardly ever drink anything with caffeine, expresso or anything else. My husband introduced me to an iced white chocolate mocha. Only thing, is it comes with 3 shots of expresso, so I asked them if they could just put the 3 shots of expresso on the side so I could add a little bit on my own. Lady on the speaker said they couldn’t do that which I was there the previous day & the manager said that would be no problem. Now these people are saying that technically it’s another drink & they’ll have to charge me for 3 drinks in total. My husband proceeded to tell her it was the same 2 drinks just one without the expresso in it. They were extremely rude & said they didn’t have time to arque nor is trying to hear us explain what we wanted… my husband politely told the lady that he wasn’t arguing just trying to explain what he wanted, but she kept cutting him off & kept saying is that it, is that it & my husband couldn’t even get any words out because the lady on the speaker kept saying I don’t have time for this. I’m honestly very disappointed, that wasn’t a way I wanted to start our morning, having people being so disrespectful. I understand we all go through things in life… I have so much I go through with my health & I’ve never behaved rudely with anyone. I always show love & kindness. It’s no one’s fault what I go through. I regretted stopping for our drinks there. Both the manager & the young lady at the window were so rude. When my husband was going to show her my phone so she could scan it she kept saying I don’t have time for this & kept saying I’m not going to argue with you when my husband was silent…. The first young lady who was helping me was very thoughtful and kind. However shelby was upset about having to help so instead of giving me a full refund she tried to keep part of the payment. When I politely pointed it out to her she said it’s because I didn’t bring in my phone which is how I paid. If this was true she should have giving me the option. So she makes me go back to the car to get the phone in order to get the full payment and then makes me wait to complete the transaction. Read moreI had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. I went through the drive-through, waited for several minutes, and said “hello” three times—no response. I pulled up to the window, thinking maybe the speaker wasn’t working, only to be told that they couldn’t take my order at the window because of their timer. Instead of offering a simple solution, like letting me order and pick it up inside, they told me I had to go all the way back through the line. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. If your system is more important than your customers, then you’ve got your priorities all wrong. Won’t be coming back!
