so let's begin I went to this location at 11:37 am walked in no one but the cook and 1 worker was there no one said hello, wait, welcome to Church's - I stood there until I said can someone acknowledge I'm here something - she then came around, and said give me a second - so I did she came to the front waiting on the cook never turned back around to take my order just stood there. Another customer walked in and said have you ordered I said no but go ahead because I'm not getting anything here including customer service or food - so I turned to walk out to find another location - as soon as I turn to walk out the door she turned around and ask the guy how can I help you I said oh hell nawh did you just acknowledge him and took his order after I been standing here for a good 8 to 10 mins waiting on you she just looked I said ok it's like that here. Trust I will NEVER go back there EVER!!!!! I don't know her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag - with the customer service she gives that may be the reason! I found a close location went in soon as I walked in I got a hello welcome, then was served and was out in less than 5 mins. Read moreI went there on a Tuesday night. It was disasterous. The lady in charge doesn't need to be a manager. She has a bad attitude. She running around like a chicken with her cut off but she have time to bounce to the music that was so loud you heard it all over the lobby. She bouncing to Cardi B. It is busy we waiting over 20 minutes for chicken. So as it comes up it's gone. I customer came and she yells at him y'all keeping coming in here. It was a little after 9 and the lobby should have been closed and it wasn't and that's not his fault. She should have came out to lock the lobby. Now you know that you are busy on Tuesday because of your special. She wasn't telling the cook to put down more chicken and the cook is slow motion like she was in the Matrix. Not organize they was fixing people food first that came after me. She kept pulling people that was in drive-thru. They part around the front of the building. They started coming to the door looking for their food. There was a customer had to wait another 13 minutes again because they run out of chicken AGAIN. He came in a little after me. Read moreI visited Church’s Chicken and ordered a 3-piece combo, (had to wait 20 minutes because they had no chicken) which clearly states it comes with two drumsticks and one thigh. Instead, I was given three drumsticks. When I politely brought this to the attention of the employee, Miriam, she insisted—incorrectly—that I had received the right order.
I walked to the counter, opened the box, and showed her that there were clearly three drumsticks inside. What happened next was completely unprofessional and disgusting.
Miriam let out a loud, annoyed sigh, then reached into my food with her bare hands, grabbed one of the drumsticks, threw it in the trash, and dropped a thigh into the box—all of this happened right at the front counter.
No gloves. No utensils. Just her bare hands, touching my food after who knows what else. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted. This was a serious violation of food safety and basic hygiene.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. If this is the standard at this location, I won’t be returning—and I’ll be warning...
