Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

Let me start off by saying if you're looking for great customer service, then DO NOT go here...I walked in to the place and the first thing that hits you is some weird stench, aside from dirty tables everywhere...After about a 30-40 seconds of me standing at the counter, I was approached by a short fat, lady...I told her I wanted 2 medium pepperoni pizzas to-go...She told me they were out of medium pizzas...I asked her how could you be out of medium pizzas, when all you have to do is make the dough a medium size...She again repeated, they were out of medium pizzas...I asked her for the manager, she informed me that she was the manager on duty...She said her name was Pauletta...I asked her for the corporate number, she told me to get it off the internet because she didn't have it...If you're the manager, how do you not have the corporate number??? I left there and went to the CiCi's pizzas off of Wilcrest; way way better service...Needless to say, I will NEVER go to the CiCi's off of S. Gessner & Beechnut again...If the manager is rude, I can just imagine...

It literally says at the counter where u pay that u can order you a pizza how u like it if it's nothing on the buffet u like. I had gastric bypass surgery years ago. I was getting an alarm installed on my car and needed to waist time i was thirsty and decided to go try it. Some place to just sit . They basically served pre-made garbage. How people eat this on a regular blows my mind. They literally give u toddler sippy cups to drink out of🙄🙄 so if your a fountain drink coke lover and like a nice refreshing coke. Put ur dam table next to the 45N Ahh coke machine. Line longer than traffic on 45. I'm 6ft8 can't even see the "cup" in my hand. They literally had 2 liters which is what I REALLY wanted. After I asked her can I buy one I believe she said no. Imo she "played" no habla. Which I won't even bother going into . So I just left it alone .basically stfu nigrto . Wen these jobs and business finally crash out .people gonna wonder WHYS MY BUSINESS DOWN OR CLOSED!! probably cuzz u hire garbage sell garbage and people...

Its suppoused to be a buffet yet low on pizza , trays are empty meanwhile employees just stand in a group and stare at you and other tables like if they are really mad making guest that are dinning in feel uncomfortable. Also my family and i sat down and where eating when one of the employees told us we had to move bc that section was closed . it is very rude to move a guest when they are already eating , we where forced to stand up and kove across the restaurant with all of our plates and drinks let me add we had our babies with us.Also there was no powerade and only abput 2-3 working soft drink flavors . we came to eat at a buffet yet there was no variety of pizza nor drinks , forcing us to drink water instead when we payed for a beverage. If the employees payed more attention to the buffet and made sure their was pizza in the pans and syrup on the soda cartons instead of just standing gossiping and staring very rudely at guests then maybe id give you 4 stars . worst cicis ive been to , i dont know why even call...
