Bubble Boba — Restaurant in Houston

This was around the afternoon, on a Saturday, August 31, where it wasn't so busy and I was the only car at the Drive Thru. I ordered the #27: Fizzy Dragon, Spicy Cheeto Elote, Mozzarella Stick, and the Pop-A-Licious Chili Chicken. Pulled right up, paid, and only receive the Fizzy Dragon and Spicy Cheeto Elote. I waited a while trying to get the cashier/drive thru takeout person attention, but no one responded or even acknowledge I needed help or why I was still waiting at the drive thru. Personally, I would of been less mad if they had at least noticed and answer, but nope, no one cared. I parked my car in the parking lot and stormed right in. I told them my issue and they immediately apologize and resolved it. They even let me take a brownie for the inconvenient. I also could tell the person who took my order didn't really care or bother with my situation because they were trying to count the drawer because an employee was coming in for their shift. I'm assuming they were probably going on break or getting off soon. Anyway, food was great. Service should be WAYYYYY better. I did not like...

The service here was terrible. When I pulled into the drive-through, no one acknowledged me, so I drove to the other side. She said that I should order from the other side and I asked her to pls take my order since she was not paying attention when I was over there. I ordered a tea but received something completely different. When I pointed it out, she refused to correct it and insisted that the item I ordered wasn’t even on the menu. To be sure, I drove around again and confirmed that it was on the menu. Her response was that I should have driven around when she originally asked, which made no sense.

To make matters worse, when she finally handed me the drink, she tossed it at me without a word. If she had paused for even one second, she would have seen I was trying to explain that it wasn’t what I ordered.

Overall, extremely poor service, dismissive attitude, and a complete lack of professionalism.

I’ll be a little detailed for all the people like myself who tend to go here on lunch breaks: Wait time: 4-8 minutes, always, and no more than 3 ppl in line at a time usually Average order for me with 8-count mini churros and a coffee drink: $11.24 Drinks sizes: consider between a grande and a vente Amount of boba: enough to where you won’t run out while drinking it Flavors: I love the variety here, I always get coffees and they never fail to satisfy my craving for sugar and caffeine Churros: crunchy exterior and soft interior Aesthetic: literally the cutest little boba shop ever the drinks are adorable, and they always give out a free goodie with your order *I have not tried any of their savory options, but I can say the coffees are sweet and relatively strong, and the teas are super refreshing!

Overall: 11/10 and because you all are so nice and friendly 12/10 great job guys keep it up! Happy...
