I ordered lots of 25 kimbaps and 20 lbs of rice cakes, and kong ju was so great to work with. Our event had a quick turnaround, and they were able to pull it off even though I called the order in the morning before our event. The kimbaps were delicious and everyone enjoyed them! The rice cakes were also goodโ€”only critique is that the Injeolmi at the bottom of the tray got too soft/chewy so they were harder to eat. Overall, will definitely order from Kongju again...
