I literally just left CRU, and I must say I’m highly disappointed in this place, especially since it was our first time there. It started off great we were seated outside on the patio in the back by the owner. We ordered a hookah and two drinks. We were there for about an hour and at 11pm we were told we had to have our tab closed out and move cause our table was reserved and the party arrived. No one mentioned that to us not even the owner. We weren’t done with our hookah or drinks. All they kept saying was sorry but no one was rectifying the situation. I talked to the owner before we left and he offered $20 off our bill on the next visit. Why TF would I come back and this is how we got treated.??? Once I mentioned we didn’t want to leave he offered to find us a table after about 15-20min of waiting they got us a table. No one came to help us we were sitting there watching servers walk pass. We asked for another hookah but no one came to help so we just left. The vibe of the place and the DJ was great. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!! My advice would be to manage the place better and rectify situations appropriately. Honestly they should have refunded our money back since we never finished our...

TRIED TO SCAM US!!! Really enjoyed having valet as an option. Was asked at the door if we had reservations and when we said no we were offered the bar area or to get a bottle for a section. Asked a waiter if we could just sit at a table because no one said there was a wait for tables. They never offered the table as an option. There were many empty tables. The hostess saw us sit down and never told us the table wasn’t available. At 11:20 the waiter came over and said we had the get up at 11 or buy a bottle after we had already spent over $200. We decided to leave and go to another bar. When we came back to pick up the car from valet, our server claimed we forgot to pay for our hookah but there wasn’t a card on file. Paid for it but after looking at the receipt we did pay previously. When we confronted the waitress she described some girl that wasn’t in our party. Manager voided the second charge. After looking at the bank statement, the server charged us $158 instead of $43 for the second hookah. Server admitted that this mystery girl wasn’t with us. She was just trying to get money out of us. BEWARE...

I cannot give enough praise to the incredible bartender Jay at Cru Bar! My recent visit there left me utterly impressed with the exceptional service, skill, and overall experience provided by the bartender.

From the moment I walked in, the bartender greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Her knowledge of the drink menu was impeccable; she effortlessly guided me through the extensive selection of cocktails and offered helpful recommendations based on my preferences.

Not only was their drink-making prowess outstanding, but her attention to detail and creativity in crafting each cocktail truly set them apart. Every drink I ordered was beautifully presented, perfectly balanced in flavors, and clearly made with passion and expertise.

What truly impressed me about this bartender was her outstanding customer service. Despite the bar being quite busy, they made a conscious effort to engage with every customer, ensuring everyone felt welcomed and attended to. Her positive energy and ability to make each guest feel valued is a remarkable quality. I love Jay and will definitely be...

Came here on a Monday night and I’m happy I decided to come here. It got crowded quick but my friends and I sat outside. Outdoor had both high tables/stools and couches. The bathroom was also okay compared to other places. The server that showed us to our seats was just amazing. She was nice and welcoming (good videos). The server who actually took our order was okay. She did check on us frequently but her vibe/attitude was a little off (she probably was just having a bad day). The music was on point, a good balance of different genres. The drinks were pretty tasty and reasonable. They did however have a deal going on and in return you had the option to get a free shot OR drink but when I went to redeem it the bartender said it’s only for shots. If that’s the case they should update the sign because its gives us an option.

It was our first time visiting Cru and it was a nice little hookah lounge in the downtown area. The lights are like a translucent green which gives the place a really nice vibe. The drinks are SUPER YOUNG, we had two and they know how to make a good drink! Oh and the music was sooo good and very diverse! DJ Roger played it all! Slow jams, oldies, even some Britney Spears!! Definitely knows how to get the crowd going!, BUT, let me tell you, downtown isn't for the faint of heart šŸ˜‚ If you're going to be downtown or walking around scooping the scene for a bit, just valet park or pay a little for a well lit parking lot. Because hoping to catch a spot on a Friday night is impossible! Otherwise, worth the money, worth the hookahs
