Denny's — Restaurant in Houston

They always fill me up with their meals. Update the service was horrible. 10 minute wait to be seated. In a empty restaurant. Due to the fact there was no hostess around. They were all in back talking. Finally a person stopped her break to tell me pick a table. And went to find a waitress. Another wait while they just walked around me. Finally they took my order. The server informed me it would be 15 minutes. Once the order came I had to send it back. I ordered scramble eggs but they gave me sunny side up. The plate came right back with my eggs seems like the cook wasn't paying attention. Due to the fact that the order said no butter on my toast, the eggs scrambled, sub bacon for the sausage. Which wasn't done. When server brought back plate with the correct eggs .he said careful plate is hot it was cold to the touch. Eggs and hashbrowns were semi warm. The experience was very disappointing. I paid 21.50 for a lumber jack slam . And I got a hot mess. I doubt I will ever come back here or recommend this location. 6/18/2022 18:28 I just left Denny’s. I will most likely not come to this restaurant again. The experience was not very good. As soon as I walked in. The server did not welcome me in or tell me her name and that she showed no smile and it felt like what do you need. When she came back to take my order. She did not try to explain the menu and did not bring me silverware upon my seating. Then when I placed my order. I also requested a salad. She forgot it and did not ask what dressing I wanted. She just brought ranch salad dressing. And when she brought my food. I had to ask for silverware and then my salad was placed afterwards. I usually enjoy a salad before my food order is brought out. She never ask. She never ask why I did not touch my salad. Then when I was getting to leave. She never ask how was my meal or food. She only said have a nice day after I paid my check. I went to redeem my birthday breakfast and service that day was unreal. I walked in and asked for assistance on how to redeem the QR code. This was my first time. The First Lady did her best helping me out but there was another worker who was sassy. She kept saying come back tomorrow: First off I drove here wanting to eat today which is crazy. There was also a strong language barrier between everyone. I felt treatment like I was not a customer. Already about 16 has passed. They called a manager I waited 15 more minutes to seat myself. I walked in door about 140pm to seat myself at 2pm. I was never greeted asked what I wanted to order or drink to walk out with no food at 220.
