Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

06/16/18. My 1st and last time with this dominoes I called in ordered a small cheese pizza hand tossed lite marinara sauce with NO GARLIC SAUCE ON BREAD!!! Because the garlic irritates my stomach lady who took my order assured me she would make sure it wasn’t on there I also ordered a side of cinnamon sticks was told it would be 45mins till an hour before it arrived when the pizza arrived it wasn’t even hot instead only slightly warm that was the first mistake the biggest mistake was it had the garlic sauce on bread!!!! Outraged I called and demanded to speak with the person who took my order , she asked me was I sure the garlic was on the pizza because she put no garlic on the ticket I told her I would be happy to bring it back because I didn’t want it anymore shortly after I said that the phone was disconnected so I called back and another young lady picks up the phone and says she’s the manager and her name is Tony I explain to ms tony the situation and I can prove that garlic is on the pizza very unsympathetic and very rude she tells me that the inside is close so what do I want to do she says she can offer me a credit or send another pizza out And not only can I not pick it up but I will have to wait another 45 mins till an hour frustrated at this point I say ok thinking all is well but she never sends the pizza she lied so I lost my money and respect for this dominos I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN LYING Rude Manipulating staff unprofessional management I’m surprise at this establishment I will be calling corporate 1 star...

Because of how bad this experience was, I feel it was necessary to include a review since the phones apparently don’t work for anyone according to numerous reviews and I kept getting a busy signal just like everyone else. What I find the most disgusting is that the delivery driver wanted to have the biggest attitude about not being able to find my apartment which I provided a photo with a drawn line to show exactly where on the property he needs to drive to to get to me where he wanted to ignore that every time I told him and wanted me to come and meet him all the way across the property which is an inconvenience to me when I’m already paying for a delivery fee and a tip for my order to be my door. This was also typed out in the instructions on my delivery, as well as the code for the gate, which he didn’t look at, and instead decided to call me where neither of us could understand each other and then wanted to give attitude during the entire phone call and then once arriving to my saying that I should’ve had him go to the gate right next to my door, even though that gate is locked and that is physically not possible. I’ve also had other drivers tell me that providing the photo has helped them tremendously and was super easy to read so I don’t understand why he felt the need to be incredibly rude while he was the one being incompetent in following precise...

My boyfriend and I ordered our pizza at 6pm and it said it was ready at 6:30. We got there and waited a HOUR for our pizza. 10+ more people that ordered after us and got there after us got their pizza before we did! Nobody was following Covid protocols either, the whole store was a mess and disorganized as well as VERY chaotic! We will NEVER be going back to this location ever again! I had to get out of the car, go inside to get my pizza which happened to be sitting on the very top shelf not even hot it was just warm.. This whole experience was the worst I’ve ever had at a dominoes location. The people there need training and to be taught how to make/give people their pizzas in a timely manner. It makes me question even using the dominos brand ever again after being loyal customers for over 5 years..
