So today I order a chicken Alfredo pasta dish and 14 hot wings took 1 hour of course with additional 30 mins for the drive which my house is less then 10 mins away from the location on Lyons but when my food came my pasta dish was less then half full so I called to get a a remake because it didn’t satisfy my boyfriend we had both gotten off a long days work to just eat and sleep but stayed up much longer then was supposed to because when I asked for the remake they said I couldn’t eat the less then half full pasta and I had to wait another hour just to get my remake so I did and I waited 45 mins because that’s how long they said it will take once I called they said the driver was on the way which they lied because I called 30 mins later and they once said the driver is on his way again that he had “been left” then I heard him talking to the driver that had “been left” about my order they said I was first on the list to drop off so I waited 30 mins and I specially asked if he had a phone because I am in the back of the house and can’t hear the door but they then said the driver has no phone so I waited 15 mins and when I went outside for the remanding 25 mins nothing so I called and they said that they came and banged on the door and I didn’t hear anything but when me and my family bang on the door we can hear it but it’s faint so I personally do not believe they did but if they say they did whatever I then asked for the manager to have a refund it took over 3 bourse just to settle this and still haven’t eaten I’m very upset and I have order before and have had a few mistakes with them in the past about my orders so I would have like them to call me saying they came and I did not answer instead of me waiting outside my house for 25 mins this location needs better communication I understand how busy fast food places are I work at chipotle I’m a manager there I get it but come on it shouldn’t be this difficult or this long that’s just ridiculous and I’m not satisfied or anything I have yet to eaten and I asked for a refund and they said they gave it to me I haven’t yet received it I will check...
Read moreJuliana was rude, nasty, ignorant and absolutely disrespectful. She never delivered my order. She called me with a nasty attitude and approach head-on. Even with her disrespectful approach, I was still initially more than willing to meet her downstairs for my order. Before I could even get a word out and tell her, okay I would be more than willing to meet her, she got nasty with me and told me “ … or you could just cancel your order…” Ahh… excuse me…. Absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable behavior. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with this store as far as delivery is concerned. But, Charlie, I cannot remember whether he’s the GM or manager but he was a sweet-heart, when I called the issue in, he definitely handled it very well and professionally, I do appreciate him very much! The food do be good from here, most of the time, when I actually receive the actual food, I paid for of course. But the bad attitudes and lack professionalism in the drivers is absolutely insane. Not all of them are like this, most of the younger drivers has great demeanor and very respectful. Unfortunately this will be the last time I order delivery from this store, as I said before, I’ve had this issue before more than once or twice, with more than 1 or 2 drivers and I’m kinda fed up.
Update: I’ve never gotten my refund from this order, mind you I never received my food but did pay for it through Apple Pay, initially. After this day, I even attempted to try and order from here again, only because I wanted to see how they would treat me and my food after being appropriately criticized and called out on their lack of professionalism. I am not going to full detail, use your imagination, but the two delivery drivers that came to the Tornado abus Station we're the worst employee you got. With just a start no Domino's uniform and somehow someway they expect me to know he works for Domino's when he doesn't even have pizza with him.
