I had the most unpleasant experience at this location trying to purchase pizzas for a church event. I called the store and very clearly explained to a gentleman that I was trying to use an online coupon and that I had a tax exemption certificate. He advised that I could still take advantage of the $9.99 coupon with my tax exemption, I just needed to place the order online and choose the option to pay in the store. When I placed my order for 12 pizzas online, it wouldn’t let me choose the pay in store option because the value exceeded $50. I came into the store and talked to the manager and she quickly advised she didn’t know anything about the tax exemption and there was nothing she could do for me. She said her GM would be in shortly and she’d be able to assist. I told her in the meantime I was going to place 3 separate online orders so they would be under $50 each and I could choose the pay in store option and they could then apply the tax exemption. I said by the time the pizzas are done the GM should be here to assist with check out. I waited about 15 minutes before the GM arrived. I learned that while I was waiting, they hadn’t even started making the pizzas. When the GM arrived she told me that I couldn’t take advantage of the create your own pizza deal for $9.99 because people with tax exemptions couldn’t place orders online. I told her I didn’t think that made sense at all. The order was already placed with the option to pay in store. She said no she couldn’t do it and could only offer me large 2 toppings for $10.99. At this point, so much time had passed, I didn’t have time to have any pizzas made and get back to church before our event ended so we had to go without. Furthermore, after dealing with the unprofessional and unaccommodating managers at the store, I had no desire to spend any money there. It was truly humiliating not being able to provide food at an event in which it was expected by our guests. If it truly is Dominos’ policy to not allow people with tax exemptions to use their online coupons, shame on them for having such a non-inclusive policy in place. I will never consider Dominos for future church events, nor will I spend my personal funds at their...
Read moreThis location is trash. I've ordered several times and each time they just seem to always disappoint. They never pick up there phone I don't know if they are understaffed or what's going on but this has not been the first time Its happened, I called over 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone based on my order that was ready and just sitting there waiting to be delivered, I would of appreciated someone picking up instead of just letting it ring of the hook that's just insane to me. Please hire appropriate staff and customer service skills . The pizza also has arrived slightly warm almost cold which is crazy given the fact that it's 9 minutes away, I'll be going to Papa John's or Pizza Hut from here on out because thats' ridiculous and they are horrible with correcting your order when they either have not done it correctly or it's arrival was barely warm like cold and doesn't looking appealing like old pizza. I do not recommend...
Read moreSo I decided to order a pizza from Dominos Pizza in Willowbrook area . 40 minutes after my pizza was quality checked out the oven it arrived.
I watched the pizza guy carry the pizza carrier under his arm like it was a school book or something and I assumed he didn’t have my pizza.
He asked me did you order a pizza, and I said yes he then went in his bag and got the 2liter drink out that was inaccurate to my order (2-20oz drinks) and gave it to me, then he went in the bag and grab the pizza and gave it to me in a vertical position.
I went inside, opened the box and my pizza was crammed to one side of the box. I couldn’t believe that he carried the pizza in a vertical position instead of a horizontal position.
I called Dominos to see if I could get a new pizza and no one answered the phone . I put it in the oven and...
