06/2025: second complaint NOW I REMEMBER WHY I DONT COME HERE. Ordered an online order through the application to pick up in the store, when we arrived at the store I was asked 4x for a name which was insane to me. When order was received we order the loaded hashbrowns & was given the original hashbrowns mind you the original hashbrowns are $1.39 when the loaded are $3.50 told my husband to go back in there ask for a refund the young female worker stated they do not do refunds that we had to get in contact with the Dunkin corporate office to get the refund through the application. I have never heard of such a thing! I’ve worked in retail for 10 years never ever heard of such a thing they didn’t even offer to give us more hashbrowns to make up what we owed (I’ve had this issue before but at another location they offered more to replace the money lost) so dumb. This location is the worst! No wonder their wasn’t any customers.
Just a small complaint it’s my second time noticing when paying cash. They don’t give you a receipt & your change. The first time I noticed it and was okay with it I don’t care about the change probably needs it more than I do. But the second time I Went in 7am I usually do mobile order since it’s fast but I had cash in hand so I decided to go through the drive through make my order pulled around she gave me my items I had a coupon from the app scanned it & by the time I gave her my cash & put my stuff in the car I looked back to get my change back. She had her back to the window everyone who worked there was literally there in a circle talking to each other. Until one of them noticed me “ask her what else she needs?” I heard her since the window was still open. I asked kindly for my change back & cashier (drive through) gave me such a nasty attitude for asking my change back. & I didn’t even get a receipt. Read moreWhoa - astonishingly bad customer service. At 1:55 pm I ordered a maple sugar bacon croissant sandwich plus a couple of already-made items. Paid, sat and listened to podcasts bc one clerk indicated the sandwich was being prepared. At 2:19, the two front-of-house clerks had been literally sitting on the counter chatting for several minutes and when I finally physically got up to check on the sandwich, one hopped off and rushed to the back. The remaining clerk hastily sort-of apologized, but the other employees were then shouting something about another employee who had unexpectedly clocked out, so she quickly said, ‘sorry, no idea she had clocked out,’ not ‘sorry I’d didn’t check for 20+ mins.’ Comedy of errors - I’m not upset. I don’t expect much from Dunkin Donuts, but they still hilariously failed to live up to my low expectations. The clerks were pretty sweet and apologetic afterward, bc it was pretty obviously a situation (oh! they didn’t have croissants - that was why a decision was never made... no one checked. So they asked me at 2:24 if a bagel was okay... it isn’t, but they had no other options, which was never communicated originally... my card is already charged so... good grief lol). This is too much. Read moreI pulled up the menus on the Dunkin’ Donuts website for this location and ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on croissant bread and a veggie egg white sandwich with an order of hash browns. There seemed to be a language barrier with the drive thru lady or something I don’t really think she could understand me. Then I asked if there was a way I could get just regular egg white and cheese sandwich and she told me she had to check and to pull up to the window. I did and another employee who spoke better English asked me what I ordered so I repeated it and he said I couldn’t get just regular egg white because of the way their ingredients are sent (idk). So then I just ordered a regular veggie egg white sandwich and I saw online the only option for bread is the multigrain bread. He asked “okay veggie egg white and what? You can get bacon, or sausage” and I said cheese because that’s what the sandwich comes with. Then he went on to ask about the bread....I don’t think they know their menu well at all..I shouldn’t have had to pull it up to begin with but this was my first time ordering food from Dunkin.
