I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Taco Bell and encountered a manager who displayed a combination of rude, unprofessional behavior and a clear prejudice that left a negative impression on my visit. It is disheartening to describe my experience with such negativity, but it is important to provide an honest review.
From the moment I entered the restaurant, it was evident that something was off. The Hispanic manager in question had an unsettling demeanor, with an apparent disdain for customer service and an unpleasant attitude towards both customers and staff. Her behavior was abrasive and disrespectful.
At multiple instances, I observed the manager belittling and berating her employees with unjustified rage. The tense atmosphere created by her behavior was palpable and definitely affected the overall customer experience. It was evident that this manager's leadership style was not conducive to fostering a positive working environment.
As if his general rudeness wasn't enough, the manager's blatant display of racism added to the discomfort. She seemed to favor certain employees based on their ethnicity while treating others, particularly those from different backgrounds, with blatant disrespect and disregard. Witnessing such racial bias firsthand was deeply troubling.
Additionally, when approached by customers with concerns or questions, the manager's dismissive and condescending attitude was evident. It appeared she had no interest in providing assistance or addressing any issues raised. This level of apathy for customer satisfaction is severely detrimental to any service-oriented establishment.
Experiencing this kind of service at Taco Bell left me deeply disappointed. It is unfortunate that such a rude, unprofessional and racist manager tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise popular fast-food chain. It is crucial for Taco Bell's management to address these issues promptly, as they reflect poorly on the company as a whole.
In conclusion, my encounter with the rude, racist Hispanic manager at Taco Bell left a lasting negative impression. This unwelcoming environment, combined with the manager's lack of professionalism and disrespect, diminished any desire to return to this particular location. It is my hope that Taco Bell addresses these concerns and takes appropriate action to ensure all customers are treated with respect and kindness, regardless of...
Read moreWell I wish Id have gotten the guys name that assisted me ! He wore long dreads with a big smile and had great positive attitude! Now if only the food would have reflected his demeanor I'd have given five stars across the board but the food sucked I ordered a cravings box through the mobile app which included a gordita crunch ,soft taco and cinnamon twist I also ordered four cinnamon delights . Well I started off with a gordita crunch that didn't taste like a gordita crunch? I think it was because they Really skimmed on the sauce they put on there which really bummed me out because I always order a chalupa in my cravings box but decided to step out of my usual and order a little different ,it was a fail along with my soft taco that they forgot to put the cheese on ! it was disgusting! It barely had meat and way too much lettuce !like they were trying to make up for the missing meat with lettuce by Far the grosses Taco I have ever had from Taco Bell along with my under cooked cinnamon bon delights those little tiny tiny things that you only get two of for a insanely amount of money are far too expensive to be served cooked any way but perfection especially under cooked ! There was no warm filling surrounded by a crisp outer layer ,More like cold filling and bread 🍞 you'd think they were allergic to cinnamon in there given the amount on my bites. Um gross food good service but come on when the food sucks I'm not thinking about how nice the attendant...
Read moreOrdered food last night around 11pm through drive thru NO WONDER the McDonald’s next door had a line wrapped around building out to street about 16 cars and this Taco Bell had only about 3 cars in line I knew something was fishy and wrong with either food and service because if not they would have half of that McDonald’s line in their drive thru, no doubt. From ordering all the way to eating the food was disappointing and disgusting. Rude lady took my order talking over me, made all my tacos incorrect so frustrating, from the soft tacos and the steak quesadilla were all WET tortillas the bag even smelt funky and the nacho fries were cold and plain no seasoning at all and nacho cheese cups had nacho cheese all on outside of lids.. it was a mess looking into the bag. Only good thing was the soda other than that I couldn’t even stomach eating my food and threw it away so did my husband. Waste of money I should of went to McDonald’s and got us some hot fries and cheese burgers would of been worth the wait. I bet if you pull the monthly sales between McDonald’s and Taco Bell next door to each other McDonald’s is smashing this Taco Bell daily which in all honesty it should be the other way. If I was the owner of this is a franchise they NEED to do some cleaning out and up ASAP to have a successful fast...
