Dunkin' — Restaurant in Houston

Ive visited twice and have never had a nice encounter with any of the workers there. First time I got down and I was at the register for like 10 minutes before they acknowledged me (I was the only one there). There was even a guy there that wasnt doing anything. He passed the register, made eye contact with me, and literally in my view just croutched down. The second time I came through the drive thru and I asked for Chocolate donuts and with a snarky tone she acts as if she doesnt know the standard is frosted. The iced coffee is absolutely terrible 9 times out of 10. It doesn’t matter what flavor swirl or how you customize it, for some reason the iced coffee and cold brew is just always nasty. If they remake it, it will still be nasty. It’s extremely disappointing considering this is a relatively new location and in a good area.

I’ve been going to Dunkin almost every single day for 2.5 years. The Bellaire, Westgreen & I10 and the 10705 westheimer locations to be exact. I just don’t understand what the problem is here… they could be burning the coffee, Idk but this is unacceptable.

Extremely inappropriate employee behavior. This is the second time an employee at this location has made me and my 13-year-old daughter extremely uncomfortable. The first time, he asked for my number to which I politely declined. He then proceeded to give me his name (Armando) and ask for my social media to which I also declined. Today, he asked for my info again and when I said no he looked to my daughter asking her for her name multiple times, she was hiding she felt so uncomfortable.
