Okay, buckle up, because I'm about to preach the gospel of El Charro's STEAK QUESADILLA. Seriously, stop what you're doing and LISTEN. I've had quesadillas. I've had steak. I've lived a life. But until I experienced the divine creation that is El Charro's steak quesadilla, I was merely existing. I was a shell. A husk. This isn't just a quesadilla. This is a culinary masterpiece. The steak? Tender, juicy, seasoned to perfection. It melts in your mouth like a glorious, savory cloud. The cheese? Oh, the cheese! It's that perfect, stretchy, gooey dream you have when you're thinking about comfort food. It's like they captured happiness and stuffed it between two perfectly grilled tortillas. And the flavor! The symphony of spices, the perfect char on the steak, the way it all melds together... I'm getting emotional just writing this. It's not just a meal; it's an experience. It's a revelation. I've tried steak quesadillas at countless places, and nothing, NOTHING, comes close. El Charro has set the bar so high, I'm pretty sure it's orbiting the moon. If you're looking for the best steak quesadilla on the planet, nay, the UNIVERSE, look no further. Go to El Charro. Order the steak quesadilla. Thank me later. You're welcome. Five stars? That's an insult. Give them ten. No, TWENTY. They deserve it all. Go now. Eat. Be blessed. And just...

Salsa verde with the chips was good Guacamole taste off and almost like using out date expire dairy. ( best guacamole is the one is only avocado, salt, pepper, jalapeño, cilantro and lemon juice)

Gorditas Barbacoa was good gorditas was bigger then I expected it's a big portion Rajas gordita .... to much ranchera sauce rajas should be only rajas queso fresco sometime add corn but this but portion was

Chile relleno ..... was oka but the cheese they put inside was a really bad quality, beef need better seseason and sauce could be left optional. Beans and rice was oka just avoid using frozen veggies for rice they turn black and can make a good rice look bad.

Menudo this was I believe a work in process is important to boil good and change water boil again to take out smells and strong undesirable flavors, being stomach like other inside organs can extend a smell, don't depend to much in pre mixed use more dry peppers, bay leaves and orégano.

No who ever do tortillas hands down great tortillas great texture and colors

Service was great. Attention was good. Price was...

Staff was nice and helpful, but food was not really up to par. We had caldo de camaron ( shrimp had tails still on, and not very good tasting), fajita burrito ( meat was missing flavor), and chilaquiles ( those were actually good).

**We went back this past December, 2023 for my sister’s birthday with a big party. The food did redeem itself. Drinks were also really good! It is a whole lot better than before. The young gentleman helping was great! Everyone else kind of kept to themselves and didn’t care to bother with us, which I understand we are a handful 6 adults, 6 teens, 6 kids and a baby. 😬 Although, the cashiers did not inform the rest of my group that the tip was included and was actually asked if they wanted to leave an (extra )tip at the time of paying, which they did. So they basically double tipped. Make sure to check...

Worse place, will not be coming back. This was my first time coming here and trying out this place. I ordered my food and asked politely just to make sure no avocado. I cannot eat avocado due to an allergy I have to it (uncommon but there are people allergic to it) when I got my order it came with everything including avocado and the waiter did not even notice when she brought the food and I right away saw it when she came with the food. I open the torta and let her know I cannot eat this. She did try to make it right but unfortunately they used the same product and scraped the avocado off it. I just left it at that and said it was fine. And the cup I got for my drink was bad, broken and unusable. At this point I just wanted to leave but I was invited by my brother. He even said it was a disappointment.

This is a great little spot to have some very good Tex Mex food. It's located right across the street from the old coffee plant. There is some parking on the front, along the side, and around the back. The michelada is actually really good and served in a frosted mug. Our go to's are the quesadillas and the order of street tacos. Not too greasy and the meat is nice and lean, some places leave way too much fat on the meat. Also not a bad little spot to have some food after hanging out at White rhino.

I would give this location 5 more stars if I could! We came on a Monday for all day happy hour and we were NOT disappointed. Isidro our bartender was Amazing! Funny, and attentive, and Mauricio taught us how to drink more Tequila without catching a hangover! (What's better than that?) Did I mention the Food!!! O.M.G!!! My Quesadilla was so fresh and tasty! I did Not wanna share! But I had too 😒 I will definitely be returning as Margarita Monday Regular
