El Kiosko - Wayside — Restaurant in Houston

yesterday i had just gotten off work in another place in this strip center and decided to stop by for a couple drinks for me and my husband. i haven’t been to one of these in a year or two and didn’t notice the menu had changed until i got up to the counter. the woman taking orders didn’t speak english and couldn’t understand me and got annoyed and had to ask the other girl working for help. i ordered a smoothie and was stuck for a second when i didn’t see anything that i wanted that i remember them having and they both were getting impatient with me. there was an order behind me that they put out before mine and the woman was talking about me behind the ice creams. it took over twenty minutes for them to make a smoothie and an orange juice. i guess i’ll try the local refresqueria next...

Horrible experience! As soon as I walked it the workers were just sitting down. The older lady who attended us has a stuck up attitude and didn’t seem to want to work. The food itself , the way it was prepped was extremely poor. The smoothie we got was extremely hot and the fruit served was old. I told them about the fruit being bad and she gave me and attitude didn’t offer to exchange. Don’t waist...

The explosion is great but the customer service is -10. I dropped my spoon and tried to go back inside for another but they locked the door because they were getting ready to close ( it was 7:49 and they close at 8pm) .Not 2 minutes had passed from when I left to when I dropped my spoon and they still didn’t let me inside or get a replacement.
