One of the worst experiences I have ever received in any restaurant. And the food was mediocre- at best. I’ll just give y’all the highlights:

the large group who walked in AND ordered AFTER us received all of their food before us.
we ended up waiting over an hour for our food: 1 medium, 12 wings, and a coffee (yes, I had to wait over an hour for a cup of coffee, even after reminding them of it twice.)
when we finally got our food, the wings were cold which can only mean they were sitting there all along.
I asked for ranch, they brought it over, and about 5 minutes after it had been on our table, a different server came by took our ranch off our table, and gave it to the other group that was there.

This business is overpriced, disorganized and sloppy. 0% chance of us...

I gave a second chance to buy something from this place but will not be going back due to the unwelcoming gesture. Throughout the entire ordering the cashier didn't bother to make eye contact and kept her eyes fixated on the point and sale register. It wouldn't have bothered if they didn't choose to smile but the least she should've did was to at least acknowledge the customer in recognition. The same with my first visit. I felt unwelcomed even though the service was provided. Not going back...

First time coming here and the tres leches frappe was seriously so good! It has just a hint of coffee which is honestly what you would expect from a frappe so no issues for me.

I thought the staff was super friendly and they made sure to check in on us throughout, as well as to offer us a taste of an upcoming menu item! I left my review on the pizza as well which was super tasty. Overall a cool place with an assortment of Mexican-American...
