Delicious fajitas. Great service. Great quality. I don’t understand people who rate a place when they haven’t tried it just about price. If I want a great quality steak then I’m going to a steakhouse that I know serves the highest quality and I got there knowing I’m going to pay more than TX Roadhouse etc. If I want lesser price then I go somewhere that will accommodate my price range knowing I’m not going to get as good of quality. My choice. But I’m not going to give the higher price place a low rating over price. I just won’t go if I don’t want to pay it. You pay for what you get. And having experience in the restaurant business, I bet the lesser priced and lower quality places actually have a lower food cost. Give restaurants and small businesses a break. As what will be our last purchase, we ordered a lb of beef fajitas, queso, and salsa (since it’s not included—what the heck?) Queso and salsa only 2/3 full. Yes that ticks me off. We are paying for it. Queso was WATER thin. Not good. As for value— pretty much the same price as takeout from full service restaurants in the area. These are the same restaurants that include everything at no additional cost. So not a good value. Should be cheaper since their overhead is considerably less. When I called and asked the driver why was he sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes; he told me that the restaurant was still making me order. That they had a catering order and used all the cheese and had to make fresh cheese. Like what? Why do I have to wait? Shouldn’t the catering orders cheese be separate from what available for to go/in store orders? I didn’t even get to eat my lunch because of this; I only have 30 minutes of break time. Between me placing the order and the restaurant taking so long to fill the order to when it actually arrived my break time was up. Extremely disappointed with the customer service...
