First off, the drive thru lady needs to cut her attitude and not snap her fingers or disrespect anyone. She was extremely rude and hostile towards me. She did not have a name tag so I don't know her name but she was a young biracial heavyset woman. Second off, they forgot my bottle of regular Fry sauce which is $3.99 so no I am not talking about those free tiny disposable packets they give out I’m talking about the actual bottle; I don’t know why this was so hard for the drive thru lady to understand, all she had to do was actually READ the receipt and stop clicking her tongue at me and disrespectfully holding her hand up to my face purposefully interrupting and disrespecting me. When I went back to get the sauce she rudely told me they don't have it. When I asked for a refund she went to the back for literally less than 5 seconds and said "my manger says you have to do it on the app and we can't do it for you." Then she proceeded to take an order over the headset and didn't even wait for me to respond as she shooed me out of the drive thru (yes she literally shooed her hand at me) as if a paying customer that just waited in that already long drive thru TWICE to be treated like trash both times was a burden! And to put the cherry on top, once I got home I realized they forgot my cheese curds too! So the drive thru lady was rude, disrespectful, hostile, and forgot TWO of my items in my order which totaled $12.48 which I still need a refund for by the way since she literally REFUSED to give me a refund for items they did not have and I purchased. Every single time I have come to this location I have had a HORRIBLE experience. I would recommend this location 0/5. The WORST employees work at this location. If you want to be treated as crappy as this location’s food tastes then this location is for you, you can seriously taste the negativity they put into their food. I love Freddy’s but this location is a big NO for me, like I said 0/5.
By the way, I never leave reviews but the service was THAT bad so that...

I usually don’t go out of my way to review unless something is really good or terrible. For everything else, if the food is good, I’ll gauge service after a series of visits.
And thus Freddy’s has consistently had poor service.
The first time I went, they made me wait 20 minutes for my custard. I saw a couple of cups getting put on a cart behind the guy who serviced me, but when I asked him each time if it was ready he kept telling me it would be a bit. I ask him one more time, he turns around and tells me oh, it was right here the whole time like waiting 20 minutes to get a melted custard wasn’t a bad thing.
Second time. I request a custard with toppings and the girl behind the counter gives me my order and I am missing nuts and hot fudge. I ask if they can add them, and the girl has the nerve to straight up just say : ‘not my problem’. I had to go through another person to get what I ordered. I didn’t even complain, I just said ‘could I get nuts and hot fudge?’
Third time. This one I am out to make a point. I was here between 2-3pm on 3/30/2025. Some guy takes our order and mixes everything up! It was a chill day, like I counted maybe 15 people outside of us. He repeatedly asked us what our order was, didn’t type anything in, kept asking. And when we got the order, everything was wrong to some degree. I ordered my usual custard, and they gave me a shake. I go up and another employee makes it right. But it takes effort to make my point that we got so much wrong on our end. Whoever was running the register around 2:50pm that day. You gotta get your act together. How are you gonna get so much wrong when we took our time ordering and repeated ourselves at least twice per each item?
What did all of the people have in common. No apologies. No effort to help. No common sense.
Food is decent, but they are consistently hiring terrible employees. I always hold out hope, just because I like the food, but I cannot stand the service at...
Read moreUnfortunately, I cannot recommend this particular location. I've been to other Freddy's joints before and had decent burgers. I'll also prefix this review by stating that I really do love smashed-style steakburgers.
My last visit here was on a Sunday, very shortly after they opened. I got a hot dog, "Freddy's" style, and a burger as-is, with a drink and fries. The burger was very dry (even by steakburger standards) and clearly old. The bun was even almost crouton-like on one edge, so I somehow managed to get a burger that had apparently been pre-prepped for the opening hour, as well as bread that shouldn't have been served. Probably some laziness by the opening staff. The dog was okay, I believe I just do not prefer the brand of hot dogs they use, but I ended up with sport peppers that were half stem; why put those on a hot dog? Grab the more fleshy ones in the jar, or take 3 seconds to lop of the stem with a knife. The fries were the only redeeming item here, as they were definitely hot and fresh from the fryer, although I don't really care for the extremely thin shoestring-style they use.
Overall, there really just wasn't an excuse for the state of the burger. I waited for about 9 minutes total for my food, which is confusing considering the state of some of my order. I might give these folks another chance, but there are other nearby places that are consistently on-point...
