Fuzzy's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I brought my family and friends with a total of 20 people for my son's birthday. I have been coming here for many years and have always enjoyed eating here, but after tonight I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Firstly, a customer complained to the staff that our kids needed to sit down because they were walking around playing, which is understandable. While the owners were there, not the manager nor the owner had the audacity to come inform us of this issue, but they sent the cashier to do their job.

Shortly after, everyone at our table were able to spot the couple who complained because they were constantly staring at us and giving us snare looks and talking about us, making us feel very uncomfortable.

If you ever go here, be sure your children are perfect little robots because management and owners will not be understanding, nor will they let kids be KIDS! Not to include, my kids are 1 and 6 years old. Any time my 1 year old made any type of noise we would get ugly stares from the couple who complained on us.

For the remainder of meal, they continued to stare at us. As we left, we told the owners that we would never be coming back there again, and her response was, "Okay, Thank you." Very unprofessional and insensitive as to why we concluded to that choice. She didn't care to ask why, she was not willing to make us feel better, she had no consideration to our feelings, and she was clearly okay with losing a customer who had been eating at their restaurant for many years, not to mention that we just spent over $400 on pizza.

If you're looking for a "nice, quiet, romantic" dinner, please don't go to a hole in a wall, over-priced pizza joint. Stay at home and order Pizza Hut or Dominos! We spent $60+ on two large pizzas.

The worst customer service and most insensitive management/owners I have ever dealt with. After the manager told me "okay thank you" after I told her I would not be returning, I told her, "I can tell you DO NOT CARE", and she just stared at me with a blank...

Okay before everybody crashes down on my not so positive review, let me preface the review by saying that I grew up in an Italian family restaurant business.

I ordered a 12-in pizza that was there combo. Meaning that it had pepperoni, green peppers, onions, and 3 or 4 other toppings. I'm one of those people that likes the cheese on the top of all of my toppings, so that they don't fall off when I lift the pizza or as you're taking a bite while holding it. I am all about the crust! And the main body of the pizza / the underside, was extremely soft and tough. Now if you're somebody who likes it kind of pizza then you're going to like it here. The edge crust could have been cracked with a hammer. There were 6, 6 inch pie wedge shaped pieces. I didn't bother to look at the menu for pricing, I just saw the business, thought first they might have a lunch buffet but when they didn't I just ordered a 12-in combo pizza. I was stunned! When this small or medium size pizza was $25!!! Nevertheless I hadn't been here before and I was going to give it a try. Needless to say, it does not crack the I want to come back portion of my DNA.

The staff was very helpful and courteous and explaining things to me, the atmosphere looks like it would be a pleasant one if you were out for an evening with family or friends. But the pizza is definitely not a top 10 in the Houston market. And strangely enough they rank in the top 100 Nationwide, as they have several accolades around the facility, about independent pizza chains in the United States. Take it or leave it one...

ordered 16 inch friday night and salad pizza was not cut because i guess it was too hot well they ran cutter across and didnt cut all way thru because of the tissue paper they put in box which is issue here the entire pizza when lifted slid off crust and landed on tissue which is cheap and cheese sticks to it and can t seperate threw it away was junk so i called today and the person(lady) was un professional and confrontational could care less instead trying to paint picture i was lying never spoke about quality or to get replacement she said "lot people call here lie to us" lolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll so iasked for owner to get on phone he hung up said i was not getting replacement so is this the fuzzys bush eat at really lolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll most unprofessional bad experience and yes had they looked i ordered for year but was first time to try chicago thick crust they would not even say ill give you 5.00 off the 100.00 pizza my gosh really i knew by how she was talking to me like a gangster i was in for it i never cursed never yelled just was asking for replacemet instead she was playing robo cop lol you should be ashamed of yourself if you been open since 1984 served president and have highest priced pizza and a good customer like me has A HORRIFIC experience with tissue thats not rated for heat of cheese pizza not cut pizza slides off when lifting and cant get replacement thats sad and says lot about your...
