Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

The service here used to be amazing, but has dramatically gone down. Today I ordered an iced chai tea latte and the young man, Matthew, poured cold brew coffee and pumps of chai. I explained that was incorrect and asked for milk, he poured some out and added milk. I asked if it had coffee and he said yes, a latte means it has coffee in it. I said, no sir, latte means milk. He said he’d just give me my money back. Bare in mind I was pretty calm. He said he was new. I said that’s fine, I can be patient- an iced chai latte is simply chai and milk, a dirty chai latte has coffee or espresso added to it. He said he didn’t need anyone telling him how to make a drink and was very rude. I said, I would really like my drink so I could wait if he needed to look up how to make one. Very slow poor service.... My drinks were not prepared correctly and there were no customers in front of me but still waited to llace my orser while the staff talked among themselves and once I did order I wasn't greeted but asked to place my order with a rude tone. My husband came 2 mins after me to place his own order and no no e came to take it again the staff continued to talk among themselfs joking about my order then one walked outside while one employee stayed there by then my husband was over it so didnt end up placing his order I get sometimes people have a rough day or just dont enjoy their job but then why be ther customer service is everything js unfortunately I wont be there again there's always a long wait but this time the employees attitude was uncalled for and that was it for me i wouldve rates...

Came into Kroger to order a drink at 8:15pm today Sun 1/26/25 and the clerk( only person there) said they had shut down already. When I asked is it typical for them to close 45min early since it says they close at 9pm? as I point to the sign infront of her. The clerk immediately got an attitude and said " I know what it says... we are closed already." She didnt answer my question, super rude and dismissive. If they do typically close she could have just said that instead of getting defensive about it. I highly recommend for the hours to be changed if they plan to close an hr before or at least have better...
