THIS LOCATION WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MOBILE ORDERS!! I had the most horrific experience during Christmas week 2024. There is a Latino gay man who “tried” to take my order. I spoke to him in English. He didn’t seem to understand me. I changed my order and he couldn’t get past “that’s not what you said”. Okay, let me speak to him in Spanish. He said the same thing in Spanish. This man doesn’t EVER need to be interacting with customers. I noticed other people have had issues with him from the previous reviews for at least the last 2-5 months. I had a mobile order but wanted to add something else so I needed to speak to the cashier. He was offended because he couldn’t understand me and refused to take my order and didn’t even give me my mobile order. He is a thief! This location will not give you your mobile orders. I like going to Jack and I even ordered something from there last week. I was so worried that horrible person would be working and ruin another experience. The food isn’t worth the discomfort he caused. I WILL NEVER go back to this place. The worker is a Spanish, gay man with a horrible attitude. Read moreThis is the third time in the last two weeks I go to this place and the guy in the window in the night time always give me the order wrong, he never give me my receipt of my purchase so I need check everything in the line cause the two last times I need go back and ask for two things he don't put in my bag so he take a very rude attitude cause I ask for the rest of my order and he says Oh sorry you don't pay for that so when I ask for the receipt he says the system its frozen and he cant print the receipt. Just now I order 2 sandwiches two fries one chicken nuggets and 10 tacos and he charge me for all of them but he give to me only 6 tacos when I order and pay 10 I told him and he says he just charge for 6 when I see the screen in the drive through my order complete and the total for all included so please take care with this guy cause he charge for all but he give you less maybe he take the money of the diference for every costumer who knows how much he take in his turn? A simple order of 2 large regular fries... and she rung up curly fries. After letting her know NICELY that she had rung up curly, she proceeds to ARGUE angrily that we said curly fries and she did not make any mistake. Our daughter is allergic to wheat... why in the world would we order CURLY fries? And instead of offering to correct it, she goes back and forth for a good minute that we gave her the wrong order. We just wanted the correct fries but she threw a fit like a little toddler and was just standing there useless at the drive through refusing to correct it because, in her opinion, we asked her for the wrong thing. Ridiculous girl- over 2 regular fries. And then the nerve to have us "pull up to the front" and wait. And seeing the other reviews, I guess that's just how she is.
