Subway — Restaurant in Houston

Do not eat here. In this part of town it is hard to find something fast, but there are two other Subways within 10 minutes of this one that I've been to and would highly recommend over this one. I got a toasted steak and cheese. The bread was so soggy it was like they dipped it in water. The meat was cold and gross (even though it was just toasted) and all wet (could have been the source of the wet bread). Some of the veggies were either frozen or just really hard. I had to throw away over half of my sandwich because I just couldn't eat it. I got cookies as well and they were rock hard and crunchy. You should never expect gourmet when you go to Subway but you should at least expect it...

last time i was there the female attendant happliy made me a salad with everything i asked for,however she put jalapenos,about a hand full. I never eat jalapenos. It was dinner time n i didn't want to go back to Subway. The next day i tried to return it. I ate most of it but not all, no one could me. I was asked to return when the manager would arrive around noon.I certainly did not want return a third time!! I finally gave up. I had my reciept. I have shopped almost 10yrs. I was made to feel like I was wrong. Only one man in the booth was helpful. The subway staff was obvious not trained in customer service. I will no try Subway at this...

Seems like they make up the price as they feel! Nothing in the store has prices on or near the item or display and I have paid different price for same product from day to day!! Some items they will scan thru POS system and other items they will enter the amount manually! I went there a few times because close to house but I stopped going when they tried to charge me over $2.00 more for same item purchased previous day by not scanning and pulling a random number from ....wherever! I declined there offer...
