Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

I hate when I have to be a Karen but our experience tonight was just rude. I want to set the tone by saying my sister and I were getting off a late shift and decided to stop by this Jack in the box. There was only one car infront of us so it was not busy as it is currently 12 am and it was about 11:40 when we went through the drive through. We order a number 14 med with reg fries and a med COKE and chicken wrap with a med DR Pepper. We go up to the window to pay and wait for our food. The lady working the window hands us our bag and drinks and my sister starts asking the lady for buttermilk before she could even finish her sentence the lady interrupts her and says it’s already in there and slams the window shut, she was also going to ask for some taco sauce but the lady didn’t even let her finish her sentence. We get home home and realize we didn’t get a coke at all only two dr peppers, and my chicken sandwich was rock hard. I get that working in the fast food industry is not an easy job I worked fast food for many years myself but if you’re going to be RUDE at least make sure that you’re giving people the right order and that it is cooked correctly. I advice you give the lady working the window tonight 07/31/24 11:40-12 am some etiquette classes. I have to say that my experience coming to this Jack in the Box for the past 5 months every once in a while has consistently been a pleasant experience. They never get my order wrong. What inspired me to leave a good review, actually, was the consistent good work of an employee there by the name of Jose. He is very respectful, thorough, and never rushes you at the window. Shout out to the staff that worked with Jose that I didn't see face-to-face. I know good customer service should be standard at any fast-food restaurant, but I've experienced some places where they hand (sometimes toss) you the food, wait to give your debit card AFTER they've given you the food (most restaurants hand your card back before they deliver the food...so I find that odd when some restaurants don't follow that procedure), not wish you a good day, and the vibe is totally off. But with this Jack in the Box in Edgebrook, I'm impressed. Keep up the good work, and consider giving Jose a raise or something - that dude is a great worker!

Drive Thru...

I went thur the drive-thru to order a breakfast burrito but they there out of tortillas. So i end up getting some other menu items and one of the item was a meal i got the ice mocha when i went to get a drink of it it Straight up tastes like chocolate milk...so i went around to the front and tried to go in but there door are lock for customs. I talked with the person on duty she told me that they make the mocha the night before ..wow!!! She was very rude about it she made me another one and this is what i get... Straight up chocolate all on the bottom of the drink.

Also there was another guy waiting cause they messed up on his order to...he told them no ketchup and they put ketchup he told they that theres ketchup on there and all they did was took the top bun off and put a new top bun...but he said there was still ketchup on his burger.

Yall got people there working there that DO NOT CARE ABOUT...
