Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

I didn't even want to give them ONE star. I went there today, Oct. 3rd, 2018. They have numerous leaks in their roof all throughout the dining area. I didn't notice it until water dripped on me and in my drink. I looked up and there were numerous water stains with black spots that looked a lot like black mold. I told my bf to take the food back and get a refund. When he told the idiot behind the counter why he wanted a refund, the worker replied, "It's only ceiling water." EFFING REALLY???!!! That place is an environmental hazard and shouldn't be open! You can tell the stains have been there a while as there are several colored stains including what looks to be like black mold. On top of everything, I'm severely allergic to mold and have been hospitalized for it numerous times. I've already filed a complaint with the city of Houston's environmental department. If I as much as have to go see my PCP because of this exposure I'm filing a lawsuit. The black looking mold is next to the air diffuser therefore mold spores are being spread all throughout that restaurant. This is the Taco Bell at 1082 Edgebrook Dr, Houston, TX 77034. I was just ready to give worst critique of this location and to my surprise turned out to be very attentive, friendly, and helpful employees that I have come across in a long while. the drive-thru through service is excellent I've never been inside since it looks like one of the older taco bells so I'm very scared to look at the restroom but like I say I've never been inside only visit through the drive-thru which are they are very fast even though they have a long line I've never been in line longer than like 20 minutes at the worst but usually it's a 5 minute real quick visit like I said the staff is very friendly they always offer napkins they always offer the sauces they always give you the order correctly other than the building being one of the older buildings other than that I would give...
