Tonight I purchased 50.00 worth of food from Katherine who informed me she was the night supervisor at this location (memorial & dairy ashford). Upon returning home I realize the 2 spuds I ordered had bacon on them. When I called back to see if we could be accommodated as we don’t eat meat Katherine informed me, “she knew for a fact both spuds didn’t have bacon on them”. When I advised her, they did, and I could send pics bc we didn’t live close the call was disconnected. When I called back Katherine advised me, “she spoke with the gentleman who made the spuds and he advised the same thing, there was no bacon on the spuds”. When I informed her there was and I had no reason to lie I was advised to bring the spuds in, in which I advised her I would. The fact I had to go through all of this oppose to her trying to resolve the issue with a refund or credit is beyond me! Upon returning to the location I showed her the bacon on both spuds, she proceeds to tell me, “this was all she needed to see” a complete disregard to my honesty and the fact I told her I would send pics. Let’s keep in mind I’m also 8 months pregnant. When I asked for a credit she informed me she wouldn’t be able to do that nor provide anything for inconvenience. WOW! When I told her, she could’ve said something along the lines of yes, this may have happened bc the cheese is next to the bacon (see pics below) she just gave attitude and deflected the situation. I advised her, how was it that she was a supervisor and couldn’t credit nor provide a gift card or anything….. when I asked for her Managers information she only provided me with his name and email (Ryan Jordan) When I inquired about when he would be in she advised she didn’t know and unable to provide a contact number for him. The service here was beyond unprofessional, I plan on rolling this up to corporate if contact isn’t made by her manager. I’ve never been made to feel as though I have to prove myself to anyone based off what I’ve told them. The spuds we were replaced with were over cooked so by the time we got them home they were hard. Look at how they cut them up, how are we even suppose to mix the fixings in the spuds? I came back to the store they was closed and the phones was off I called the next morning 10/23/23 at 7:50am spoke with Ryan he told me to come back to the store to get a remake or a refund I told him I would. It’s now 8:30pm and Richard is refusing our service and refund which is UNACCEPTABLE for me first my orders was Cold as ice now they refusing my service and refund.Richard has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HE WASN'T EVEN TRYING TO FIX THE SITUATION OR D Escalate THE SITUATION HE KEPT TELLING MY HUSBAND AND I WHAT HE WASN'T GOING TO DO and I will no longer be eating at Jason deli’s 0/10 and I want my refund I shouldn’t even have to come back to speak with Ryan I want my money back then gone try to call the police on us .. he was definitely racially profiling us talking about calling the police on us because we are trust passing?? After Ryan told me to come back for a remake or refund. He was definitely making no sense he telling me he the manger but can’t remake the food or process a refund what kinda manger is that ? He needs to be trained correctly on how to treat people and how the process of a refund or remake goes if he a manager why he need another manager to fix the situation? Read moreI stopped in for a quick lunch and have visited this location in the past with no issues, but today I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. First of when I walked in...I quickly noticed 2 tables that were right by the front door that had not been cleaned. I proceeded to order my food, walked to fill my cup out and pick out a seat. I then walked to the far side closest to the windows and couldn’t believe how many tables were sitting there, empty, and not bused. I counted 6 dirty tables. Left over food, empty dishes, everything. I wanted to sit close to the window, but could not bare the sight of so many dirty tables. I then went to sit up front and noticed 2 more tables near the salad bar dirty, and not to forget the 2 close to the front door, that is a total of 10 dirty tables. I couldn’t help but also notice there were 3 staff members eating in the corner and 1 who was a woman to be appeared to be wearing a solid collar shirt, who maybe was a manager? Not sure, but 2 of the other guys looked took of their aprons as they could have been delivery drivers or bussers, but they clocked out and left. I then went to inform the manager who was a gentleman that was standing at the front almost the entire time... yawning and conversating with the other woman who returned to the counter once she was done eating. I could understand had their been a ton of people when I arrived, but I was the only customer and just couldn’t believe the cleanliness didn’t seem to be their priority.
