Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Houston

I placed an order online to pick up at 12. Noon. When I arrived, I could see that they were busy, and I was glad I ordered online. When I asked about my order, they said that it was not ready yet. I asked about my order again at about 12:15 and it wasn't ready yet. I noticed that all of the walk in customers were being taken care of right away, while the online orders were backing up. At 1225, my order was still not ready. I asked the manager why he was preparing food for walking customers before the online orders that were taken much earlier. He said they always take walk-in customers first. So I asked, what's the purpose of the online ordering system if you're not going to get your order at the time you requested? He did not have an answer and seemed to be very frustrated with me. I wasn't trying to be contentious. I just wanted to understand why there was even an online order system, if you weren't going to get your order at the time on the ticket. I ordered a sandwich chips and a bottle of soda. When I got to my destination, I opened the bag and there was an empty cup, no bottle soda no napkins, and nothing to drink. I've been going to this store for a few years now and have always been happy with the food and the service. So I'm not sure what has happened. They need to re-evaluate their process of orders with regard to online and in person. It just...

Just when I thought the Kirby location really had an upper hand some weird reason over the various other Houston(Including the Suburban Jersey Mike's storefronts) I changed one slow night and as I walked in another customer said to me oh she makes the best sandwiches out of all the people that she makes the best one and I had a pretty high standard for her ansgear my first time at that location I simply just didn't think she could do it..she proved me wrong and I will be going here for dinner tonight now. That relish tho? 😮 this is a must have on any of their subs. You'll be glad you did. Its mot obnoxious hot. Savory hot. My favorite is the classic Philly cheese steak...It is just so damn delicious... I'm always looking to save money too so you better believe I've used those add chips and a drink...

I rarely put bad reviews, but this experience was just all around bad. I place an order online a 12:30 for pickup, it said my sandwich would be ready at 12:45. When I showed up at 12:45 they said they were making my sandwich. (Not a big deal I don’t mind waiting) but after 10-12 minutes they just then decided to tell me they are out of Tuna. Why did you wait until I had been waiting for an additional 10 minutes to let me know. Regardless I substituted it with chicken salad. When I opened my sandwich It was COMPLETELY COVERED in chicken salad! Covered to the point to where I had to wipe the sandwich off with paper towels just to not get chicken salad everywhere. Unfortunately this will probably be my last...
