I had a terrible experience at this location that was made worse by the owner/manager not acknowledging the problem! Do not place large group orders here, especially hours in advance to pick up time, unless you want to wait an extra 45 min for one person to prepare the whole order 15 min after you arrive for your pick up time. Because you will watch the other 5-6 team members help everyone else that walks in the store during that time which was roughly about 30 people. And when you ask for an update on when the order that was supposed to be ready 45 min ago will be ready because your whole office is waiting for lunch and their break is over in 15 min, you get an attitude and a very rude response! The person making the sandwiches apologized for the wait which went a long way because he was working hard by himself and clearly felt bad. When I got back the office, we realized 4 sandwiches were completely wrong & we had a missing sandwich. So, one team member didn't get a lunch! I sent an email that was forwarded to the owner/manager that couldn't be bothered to reply. So needless to say the 15 min birthday team lunch was very disappointing! In the industry that I work in, when someone is not satisfied with a service provided, we speak to them so we can find out what happened and do what we can to make it right. I’m assuming the guy taking our order was new however after taking our order proceeded to stop in the middle of taking our order, and moved on to not only the gentlemen behind us but continued to take several orders after ours. It’s typical that they take more than one order after ours, but to not finish our order and take two others behind us while hanging up their tickets and work on theirs and not finish is ours has got to be the most unintelligent thing I’ve ever seen. Especially because they were not slammed and there was no reason to stop taking our order mid order. First we were told not to make 3 orders for 1 person pick up. And it went downhill from there. All 3 subs were a different size. 2 were the same. 1 was different. The 2 same didn't have the same amount of meat. Yes i know it's all portioned but it wasn't. The other had the wrong bread and mushrooms for someone allergic. I called. No supervisor no manager. A girl who said she was the lead answered. Claimed I yelled when I didn't. My phone also records calls so there's that. Then hung up. Called back from 805 till 855 all calls ignored.
