I came here with my sister who is dealing with a major health issue. She spends a lot at this place and is usy happy. She has tshirts from them, knows their jingle when placed on hold by heart. Refers people over etc. A fan of Juice Land if you will. Her orders on average are around $30-$40.

She cannot have maca root due to health issue. When I tasted my smoothie (she had a large / I had a medium of the same one) I told her there was a powder in the smoothie. It was infact the maca root which we asked to not have it. We had the smoothies to go and discovered this on our way home. She thought she could easily talk to the person there when she comes back and they know who she is. Nope! I am outraged at how rude the team member was and treated her. He said they could only comp one large and not the medium. Terrible customer service, lack empathy, lacks emotion regulation and business management. After not receiving the help she expected she took her new order and left. She then noticed a drink was missing from her order.

When she called back the same guy hung up on her. People like this who can't deal with client issues should really just take a message and have management or owners call back. Penny wise pound foolish! Treat your loyal customers better. Do better. Hire better. Train your team how...

I just moved to the area and I LOVE that I now live within walking distance of JuiceLand. I already know I'm going to be spending a lot of time here because there just seems to be an endless selection of yummy, healthy choices in smoothies, juices, and salads which are three of my favorite things. I tried the Soul Boulder which was delicious and an interesting combination of ingredients that I would never have thought of myself. I want to try absolutely everything on the menu, and now I CAN!

The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and efficient! The place was packed but the wait was no more than 10 minutes. I actually would not have minded a long wait since the place is so fun and vibrant, and there is an eclectic selection of vinyl to peruse. I can't wait to go back to take a...

It is a very well managed place. I have never been to a place like this and I will say it is worth the money. The employees are polite and they keep the store clean. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and it puts you in a good mood. I love the way they have the interior decorated, almost like hippy/nerdy style. The only negative thing I have to say based off my experience at the time of my visit is I wish they invested more in outdoor seating. I know that they are limited on space but I think they could fit a few more chairs & tables then the 1 set that they have on the side. I actually would suggest that eventually they find a location that is bigger both inside & out because on beautiful days there is nothing better than sitting outside drinking a good drink while...

Came here for a quick, healthy smoothie after working out in the area. It was in the evening, so wasn't busy at all. They have a nice selection of smoothies, bowls, juices, and even lattes. You can pick any of the flavors in the form of a smoothie or a bowl. All sounded good, but decided on the Soul Boulder as a smoothie. I waited about 5 minutes, but it went by fast as I was enjoying the funky, soul ambiance. They have a wall of vinyls and a mural on the wall. Smoothie was very good. It was a good mix of milk, water, fruits, protein, and some other add-ins. I would've come back to try other smoothies or bowls if I was in town longer. I'll save them for my next trip.

Today I’ve decided to try the wild child smoothie. It is the daily special for today. It is under superfood smoothies on the menu. It’s ok a little tart but I guess with everything it has in it it would be. I wouldn’t want to try it again. I feel like it is a good summer smoothie for the heat I’m trying to beat. This location is bigger than the other location that I last visited. The cashier was nice and offered suggestions for what I was looking for. This location offers a good vibe. Parking is limited. Yes I would be willing to come back.

I came in at 7:50, knowing they close at 9, but all the chairs were already flipped and tables put away. To be considerate, I asked the employee what time they closed, just to confirm, and she responded with '9. Why?' in a rude and unnecessary tone. It threw me off, as I was just double-checking since the setup made it seem like they were closing earlier. While the staff wasn’t very friendly, I do have to say the smoothies and food are really good. It’s unfortunate the service doesn’t match! ;(
