KFC — Restaurant in Houston

I visited this restaurant for the original hot wings and must say, I was quite disappointed in my order. I think the recipe has possibly changed from times past.The wings could not be readily identified as wings because of the tremendous amount of breading cooked around the wing peices. The taste was also quite off putting. I then quickly realized the reason for this taste once I begin eating one of the wings only to discover that the wing was not fully cooked. I want go into detail as to how I know but blood was involved. I then proceeded to check 4 other wings in my order only to find that they also were in the same condition. I will note that these were the drums and not the flat peices, which appeared to be cooked. I think that Colonel Sanders would be quite disappointed in quality of his and the taste of this chicken. I can only question if the other chicken selections are served in the same condition. I can't in good conscience recommend...

Better than some of the other KFC's locations I have been to, at least this one is clean unlike some other locations, as for the food sometimes I think they selling pigeons instead of chicken from the size of the legs and wings , this chain has went really down hill from what I remember them being back in 70s, 80s, 90s, but so have a lot of other restaurants, my grand children will never know how great Kentucky Fried Chicken used to be back when owners and the workers took pride in these businesses, it wasn't just about the money, hope your resting in peace...

This had to be my worst experience in all my years in dealing with KFC/ taco bell . I called the manager to share my experience with the restaurant. The food was not fresh and my tenders were hard as a brick not to include that brick biscuits. I'm even more irritated because as always they give excuses instead of saying come back and everything will be remade. I did not want anything that was not paid for but it is unacceptable to get fresh food you have to beg them to...
